Run from this bank in general..unfortunately I’ve been with them for a while, but I rarely go to the actual bank and when I do, ATMs usually aren’t working and employees are rude. There are way better banks in regards to credit cards, mortgages and customer service.

Manager Jen is super disrespectful towards her employees, she’s on a BOSS rampage. Calling her employees “ idiots “ in front of customers. Super unprofessional from her and this seems like a regular thing. IBC should really look into this. Cause this is a matter of HR for workplace harassment.

Monica was extremely rude when i went to exchange my money, she said she wasnt ready for me when it was my turn at her window and she walked away.
