I just called to ask if they had an item in stock, I live an hour away , and I didn’t want to drive far for the item not to be there and the lady said she couldn’t share that info with me, I told her all the other Marshalls were kind enough to share if they have items in stock and she still said she couldn’t share it with me. I just don’t think it’s something bad to check if an item is in stock or not and let the customer know before hand…. I work for customer service in a big retail store as well and whenever customers calls about certain items, I always go out of my way for customers to check if we have items in stock or ask if they would like a substitution. Just some advice. Thank you!
