Leticia B, she is amazing. Went to go for a passport appointment & of course it being my first time I made some mistakes ..she took the time to help me & was very sweet about it & got it all done. Im not from here just visiting so it made my visit that much better ,thank you Leticia for your amazing customer service

Very bad customer service, we don't get mail at our house, we have to go to a little room in Las Lomas, a package falls in your name and they don't want to deliver it to you, you have to go to the post office to pick it up. The truth is, they should hire people. I really want to work because the girl who does the route in the hills always brings her character as if you don't like your job it's not my fault very well they charge you per year and they can't even give you a damn good service now I have to spend gas and time to go pick up my package because he didn't want to give it to me and still go to the office to see the bitter faces of those who are assisting me.

Went in for passports.. ended up not being able to get them because my husbands license expired next day, so many thanks to the office worker who was able to catch that and not have to wait and hear about it through snail mail. Thanks Johnny! Very professional and courteous

Will not answer my calls. Keeps losing my paycheck. It is their responsibility to deliver mail.

Nope. Some of the employees are okay, but there’s one man that is always on a rush it seems. You try asking questions and he almost dimisses them. He just wants you out of there ASAP. He really wants that taco he bought from the gas station.

Absolute gratitude for our postal service ( mailman)I was pleased to find a note of delivery attempt... This just lets me know that our packages are being taken care of.. Not just left unattended in our yards... Thank you.

They have been delivering the wrong mail to my house for years and my mail God knows where they leave it. I have brought this issue up to them and they are very rude and say they don’t do that, that they never misplace anything...then when I took them a stack of wrong mail all they said was to take it back whenever I would get someone else’s mail....but WHERE IS MY MAIL??? If I could I would give 0 stars.

They don't answer the phone at all, don't delivery stuff and then I go to their office and they don't have any idea where my stuff is. It's always a struggle to gety packages from these people.

The people who work here are rude, and don’t know how to do their job. I have had to pull up USPS policy to prove them wrong and even at that have received resistance. A formal complaint has been filed with USPS, if you want to fill out a formal complaint call 1-800-275-8777. When you ask for the number they will only give you the local number and not the official USPS number.

I have been calling this post offic for over a week now and have not been answered once. They let the phone ring until a recorded message says "answering services turned off." Tbis is so frustrating I can only imagine they are lazy and ignoring people on purpose, because I can underatans beibg busy at one point bmof the day but when I call 3 times a day for several days straight and the phonw just rings what elaw can I think.
