“Our 2016 F-250 started making a noise from the front suspension, so I thought. I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.”

We tried fixing the issue on our own, in the rain, attempting to drive to Reynaldo's Tire Shop but ended up calling our insurance to get road side assistance. We were given a 3hr wait time. We called Reynaldo's Tire Shop directly. They came out within minutes. On the side of the road they assessed the situation, patched the tire and got us back on the road within 30 minutes.
