Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product. Recently I've decided to install new windows in my house, so I opened my shutters for the window company to measure and had a very hard time opening and then closing them. I called JC from the shutters company and the receptionist without even looking up my history of the work they did on my house informed me that if it's been over a year, it's going to be $85 just to come and check them out and it would be$45 an hour if they had to service them. Then she proceeds to tell me shutters will mess up if I had them closed this whole time and that they should be open and closed regularly to assure this doesn't happen. I think these instructions should've been given to me after they installed them and not now when I'm having these issues. Learned my lesson and in the business I'm in and when people ask me like I've been asked before in the future I'll be sure to not recommend this company 😞

These guys never answer the phone or follow up on messages. If you want to do business with these people, be prepared to hound them.

Our hurricane shutter broke. They won't fix it even though they installed 10 shutters (big) . What good is a business if they take your money to install but won't fix when something breaks. I had one shutter installed last year. Y

I very seldom write reviews but in this case I needed to let everyone know that this company is awesome. JC , the owner, has the best service and workers. They are polite and efficient.They are always right on time and follow through. If all of the companies in the "Valley" were like the Professional Shutter Company life would be good. I highly recommend The Professional Shutter Company. Their service is reliable, professional, and prompt and the price is quite reasonable. They have installed new shutters, repaired and maintained older shutters, replaced motors, and cleaned existing shutters at my home. I have been extremely pleased with their work and will continue to rely upon them for any future shutter issues.
