“I have stored my belongings with them I believe twice. This las time they kept my belongings since to 2014. I just went June 6 and 7th 2024 to get my belongings. I believe the gentleman who I always healed with is Joe. Joe has always been good to me no issues always well respected. Out all the yrs I have had this storage they only gone up a few dollars not more than 10. This place is affordable, clean and will take care of their customers. They are not like these storages in Houston every 6 months they are raising their prices. I have had one for a yr and for the size of it is ridiculous. It's gone up twice on me. Their excuse is we were bought of by a Corp. It's their decision. Thank you Affordable Attic for the amazing customer service”
“Marcus deserves a raise! I dropped off my van and didn't realize that I had left the clicker to enter my gated community until after I had already returned the key to the drop box. It was 9pm and the office was closed. I called customer service, and Marcus showed up within 10 minutes and helped me get it back! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind!”
