The staff at this location seriously need to improve their attitude especially the male staff. Customer service should be about assisting customers, not making the experience more difficult. I came in to pick up a package that had been delivered days ago, only to be told it wasn’t available—yet after some insistence, it magically appeared. It’s frustrating to feel like packages are being withheld rather than simply handed over when they’re already there. A little effort and professionalism would go a long way in improving the experience for customers. Don’t even get me started on their hours.

I recently had an experience that left me feeling disappointed with the customer service provided by the male clerks at this location. Their demeanor came across as unwelcoming, which made the interaction more stressful than it needed to be.
Customer-facing roles require a level of patience and courtesy that seemed to be lacking during my visit.
Additionally, I came in to pick up a package that had been delivered on Saturday, but despite the limited operating hours, I was informed it hadn't yet been sorted. While I understand there are processes to follow, a more proactive or helpful approach would have been appreciated. I hope
improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for future customers.
