“the customer service is unmatched at this bank, i’ve been banking with first financial for going on 6 years now and anytime i have any sort of issue they are extremely helpful and even though they close at 4 the few times i’ve been headed to the bank and don’t think ill make it, i call and they’ve always said “we can stay open a few extra minutes””
