Yeah I don't know how Larry got some good reviews because when I walked in there he treated me like I was stupid. Maybe he is just having a bad day but he was extremely rude and it compelled me to write this review and I don't usually like to write bad reviews but if the customer experience is that bad then I'll do it. It's ironic because his badge said customer satisfaction and none of the customers who interacted with him looked satisfied at all. I'm sorry Larry, I don't want to jeopardize your job or get you in trouble but you did it to yourself. I wish I could record his interactions, but I hope he's ready and fixes his attitude because next time I will walk in ready to record. Watch out Larry.
