Pharmacy tech with British accent was extremely rude and unprofessional while picking up my medication through drive through today. Absolutely uncalled for. In a world where you can be anything, be kind! I will never go back.

I normally stop here to grab my babys diapers since her daycare is right down the road, normally I don’t interact with people, but I recently did. I saw a super cute Halloween hoodie that matches one of my daughters dresses, so I asked the Hispanic cashier how much it was… she said “idk like $20 something dollars. ” I said okay, continued to grab some items. All the while noticing an older gentleman waiting for a cashier to help cash him out. She was literally right next to him and never offered help. I was done shopping, she went behind the register to cash me out, and still this man was struggling with using the self checkout kiosk. While she is scanning my items, I notice the older man still struggling, so I literally walked him through cashing out, all the while the cashier cashing my items never helped him, acknowledged him, or even asked the man if he needed help. She proceeded to tell me how much I owed TWICE!! I told her, I got it, I’m helping this man finish his purchase!! Seriously, it’s not my job to teach an older man how to use self checkout, but I still
Did it, because RESPECT your elders. He thanked me over and over, and not once did this cashier help him out. It made me so mad. CVS needs to do better. This behavior from employees is unacceptable. I’d be embarrassed if she worked for me, and I am in the customer service industry.

I had a horrible experience with the Pharmacy drive through. I waited in line for almost 40 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. One of the techs told me the pharmacist was “really busy” and would be with me shortly. I never heard anything from her afterwards until I yelled hello from the window. She again told me the pharmacist would be with me shortly. I told her I’d been waiting for over 30 minutes at that point and it’s unacceptable that the pharmacist was only helping people in the store and completely ignoring drive through customers. She told me she was told to stay where she was and couldn’t help me. My prescriptions were ready days ago so they didn’t have to be filled on the spot. I don’t understand why the tech couldn’t just check me out. Several cars behind me left because they were tired of waiting. I will be transferring to another CVS after wasting 40 minutes of my time. Ridiculous.

Came 30 minutes before pharmacy closing to get 2 very basic prescriptions (amoxicillin and ibuprofen) filled and they rudely said they wouldn’t have time, to go to another pharmacy. Um, okay. I will do that and never use your pharmacy again. Thanks!

Don't ever have your medication from your doctor sent to this store they never have any in stock and if I even had mine on auto refill I have been out for already going on 2 weeks they need to get there stuff together

Run Run..find another Pharmacy, I had 3 different people in the Pharmacy tell me 3 different things in regards to my transfers from another State. Bunch of uneducated Clowns that took a 3 week online class, and think there now Professional!!! Reported them to the state!!!

Came to pick up script through drive thru when sick. Hours different from what’s on Google so this is my second trip. Even though there is a sign posted that Mucinex can be purchased at the drive thru window, I was told I had to come inside to purchase since the pharmacist was there alone (I could clearly see two people behind the counter). CVS is the Burger King of pharmacies. TERRIBLE customer service.

Usually go to Walmart but only needed cod sore medicine. Stood In pharmacy line to get item from lock up. Cashier in pharmacy sent my to the cashier at the front of the store. Not sure she understands customer service. She didn’t even offer to call another associate. The line at the front of the store 5 customers in line.
Not sure why other items in pharmacy like cold medicine are behind counter in pharmacy but can’t make cold sore medication a little easier to get cause god know the assisted in pharmacy aren’t going out of their way for anyone. Gave a 1 star cause you have to give at least that to do survey.
