The staff is friendly and helpful. The environment feels like a family with a great crowd of people from all skill levels, both for adults and kids. Students and training partners are very welcoming and professional. The gym is well-maintained with easy parking. Pricing is very affordable, reasonable, and straightforward, with deals for families. It is highly recommended as the best gym in Fort Worth for Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, NoGi, and Gi training.

I travel to Ft Worth once a month for work and always drop in to train with Professor Eric. His instruction is always thorough and very detailed. Sparring at the end is always great as well. Highly recommend this gym.
