“I’ve used Standpoint for about six years, and they’ve never let me down. Their customer service is second to none, and their products are top-notch. Fran and Earl are absolutely fantastic to work with. Whenever I’ve found myself in a bind, they’ve stepped up and made it happen. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend!”

“Honestly one of the easiest shops I've worked with to get my company's uniforms embroidered. Erik was responsive and really patient with my questions, turnaround was quick and the final product looked great. This is a local business. People are doing the work in the shop, not outsourcing it and waiting forever on shipping. They produce great product, and the turnaround times are great. They went above and beyond for my requests. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Morgan Mercantile is so special to Fort Worth! Locally owned and operated, this Panther City gem is a must go. They have SO much cute stuff and the layout is adorable. Even got to meet the shop pup, Cappy, who was too sweet and I loved. Got some cute shirts for the whole family but they don’t just have clothes. They have cups, hats, stickers, trinkets, custom mechanic rags, magnets, notebooks, and so much more. They also have home decor, candles, pet stuff, and buttons. It is a must go in Fort Worth! Just check out all the pics and then go see for yourself. Make sure you keep up with them on Facebook so you know if they are doing any awesome specials. I heard about the 817 Day there and they had FW shirts for $8.17! Gotta love supporting local artist, musicians and friends! Thanks so much, Morgan Mercantile and Chance! It was my bday shopping spree this year and no regrets, look how cute the shirts fit. Love it!”

“This place is a $50 minimum. This should have been communicated over the phone so I didn't waste my time. I'm still giving a five-star rating because it wouldn't be fair to rate them low when I didn't even get a chance to see the quality of the work.”

“I've been using this service for years and overall, they've done OK. I know from experience that there are limits to printing technology and to the delivery service from the post office that they probably get blamed for - so I would take some criticism with a grain of salt. That said, they work hard. Had a small glitch today and I emailed and then decided to phone. One of their agents (Stormi) picked up and helped me immediately - no long phone tree, no waiting, just great service. Then by the time I hung up I had an answer via email. I wish I could get service like this from others, but it seems it's really rare.”
