“I had know idea it took so long to preserve a dress and veil, but they look amazing and I know my daughter and son-in-love will love them as well.
The pick-up & delivery was amazing and made the process extremely simply.

“Michele and Nivaeh are a great addition to the Zoom family! They have been so helpful and have been doing an excellent job of keeping the place clean and welcoming and I've been coming to this establishment for about a year and half now. They are awesome and doing a great job!”
“I just used Wash2Dry pick up and I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. From the start, they were so easy to get in contact with especially thru instagram and they replied super fast every time. I never felt like I was waiting around.
They were also incredibly accommodating with my schedule, which made everything feel so stress-free. And the turnaround time?? Honestly amazing. I was not expecting my laundry back that quickly at all.
But what really stood out was the quality. My clothes came back smelling so fresh and feeling insanely soft and I had a LOT of laundry… like a slightly embarrassing amount ? but they handled it so professionally and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all.
You can tell they actually care about the service they provide. I’m 100% going to keep using them and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Park Vista is the best dry cleaner in the DFW! I take my clothes to be dry cleaned once a month and their service is always excellent. Rachel (store manager) is great and always remembers even the simplest details. I had to drop off some clothes one day at Park Vista and I was running a little late - right before they closed. The individual working that night stayed late so that I could have my clothes clean before my upcoming interview! Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. They have my business.”
“WaveMAX is a clean and well-maintained laundromat with modern machines that work efficiently. The facility is spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of room to wash and dry clothes comfortably. The machines save time, the environment is clean, and the overall experience is convenient and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality laundry service.”
“5-STAR Review for Riverside Cleaners
I am proud to provide this 5-STAR customer review for Riverside Cleaners! As a military service member, I have entrusted this business with my uniforms and personal garments for more than twenty years, and in all that time, they have consistently delivered outstanding service with ZERO issues.
Military dress and appearance standards are exceptionally high, and finding a cleaner that meets those standards can be challenging. Riverside Cleaners excels in this area—something clearly reflected in their strong record of serving military members, law enforcement, public safety professionals, and many others who depend on precise, high-quality results. Their long history of superb customer service reflects a simple truth: customers can trust Riverside Cleaners to care for their clothing and specialty items with the highest level of quality every single time.
Over the years, I have gotten to know the owner, Sharon, and the long-tenured staff—Lisa, Paige, and Brianna. Each of them consistently demonstrates exceptional customer care. A few standout traits deserve special mention:
Warm, Personalized Service:
From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly—often by name. This level of personal recognition shows the staff’s dedication and attention to detail. Lisa and Paige have exemplified this for years, and Brianna continues this tradition with the same professionalism and kindness. It makes every customer feel valued and appreciated.
Meticulous Care for Specialty and Delicate Items:
The team at Riverside Cleaners takes careful notes and pays close attention to specialty items, ensuring they are handled, cleaned, and returned in perfect condition. This commitment extends to all garments—whether delicate or standard—ensuring everything is cleaned and pressed with precision. Riverside Cleaners truly excels at delivering consistent, high-quality results.
A Loyal Customer Base That Speaks for Itself:
The high volume of returning customers is no accident. Riverside Cleaners has earned its success through superb service, year after year. Their reviews reflect countless personal stories—mine included—of garments that needed to be perfect for life’s most important events. This loyal customer base stands as undeniable proof of their exceptional work and the trust they’ve built in our community.
A Note Regarding a Recent Negative Review:
As a long-time customer who has experienced their service for decades, I must respectfully point out that the negative review recently posted contains several inconsistencies that simply do not align with the reliable, well-established processes I—and thousands of other customers—have seen time and time again. While no business is perfect, the claims made in that review do not reflect the Riverside Cleaners I know, nor the professionalism of its staff. I encourage anyone reading reviews to also consider the overwhelming number of highly positive comments—and better yet, visit Riverside Cleaners yourself. You will NOT be disappointed, and your garments will be cared for immaculately.
I am honored to be a lifelong customer of Riverside Cleaners and look forward to continuing my patronage of this exemplary business.
Very Respectfully,
SMSgt Gerald Glenn, USAF

“Came here when I was a kid and used to live where emmit is now. I forgot the old name but those apartments were good. I loved playing on the arcade games. I remember my dad giving me quarters to go play games on the arcade. I love this place”

“Most precious customer service ever. Nick is so sweet and so caring. He's so wonderful. Helped with everything I needed it even though I had so much stuff I needed helped with. It's must you should come see this location”
“I'm from out of town. I've been married for 25 years. I haven't been to a laundry mat in a really long time. I don't write reviews hardly at all. Manuel who works at the help desk went above and beyond with his customer service. He works non stop to keep his establishment clean, unless you walk in like I did. He stopped and showed me step by step how to complete my laundry. This will be the only place I go while on my visit to Fort Worth. Thank you Manuel. You deserve a raise.”
“This is the best cleaners I’ve ever been to, the people there are great people and very friendly especially Angela she goes above and beyond and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!”
“Fairly priced, clean & peaceful!! Also located right next to a $ dollar for anything you forget or need for the trip. What more can you ask for from a laundry mat?”
“I have been here ever since they opened, they are always clean and their employees are very friendly and the best thing is they have bathrooms and a TV. And if he gives it, he opens it and blesses food.”
“Great customer service! Very helpful! The 2 women that I usually see there are always helpful with any questions I have. Reasonably priced and always clean. The washers and dryers are very efficient at cleaning and drying.”
“This actually has nothing to do with the service this business provides but I do want to give a huge shout out to the ladies working here. My mother in law was terribly lost and distressed and these employees went above and beyond to help her find her way to our house this week. With nothing but kindness and understanding they stepped up and provided the information needed and I just wanted to give praise for their time and care for someone in need. Thank you so much for your time and help. “Always look for the helpers.” ?”
“I have never had such strong feelings about a dry cleaner, but here I am! I LOVE Circle Cleaners!! They always have been sooo helpful and have a great turn around time. They do a great job with their work. I used to work with the TCU Costume Studio and we always trusted them with our costumes, and I trust them with my formal wear. The prices are pretty great and the employees are super friendly and informative. Highly recommend!”

“Ben is amazing! Best drinks we've ever had. We came to visit from Alexandria, Louisiana for my bachelorette party. We WILL be back every chance we get. The vibes and drinks are immaculate ✨️”
“This was my first time going here. I must say that I was very impressed with how clean it was. So many washers and dryer’s available. Bathroom was clean and yes tissue was in it lol. Definitely will be going back.”
“It is a good place, everything is clean, the people in charge of the place are attentive, especially in case of help, it is a pity that it is a somewhat small but effective place. Thank you”
“The laundromat is very clean. The equipment works and is clean. The restroom is clean. There were just a few people there on a Saturday from 5:30 to 7:30 while I was there.”
