She explained all she needed to do was scan my package and give me a receipt. It was Medical Lab Work going to Illinois. And at the last location the young man was so rude and guided me to some machine in another part of the store. I ended up paying for something cause it wanted my card even though I wasn't supposed to pay anything. The employee was so unhelpful and rude. There were three of them and they looked so busy and kind of irritated. So I came here. The lady who works here was very helpful and friendly. She was working alone so I’m sure she was busy. But she took the time to help me with my order quickly and politely. Thank you! I will use this store from now on to print posters.”
