“I had my totaled 2006 Buick Lacrosse towed by Arben. He was very courteous, and was good about being in communication about when he would be arriving. The company gave me $113 for the wrecked vehicle, which was pretty good given the high number of miles and the undrivable state it was in. Hopefully you will never get into a car accident, but if you do and you don't have collision coverage on your insurance, this is a good company to call to salvage some dollars for your vehicle.”

“Broke the rear end in the Camaro and called A1 because my company also uses them for the big heavy wreckers. Told my situation to the dispatcher and asked if they had a flatbed truck. She sent the driver as I was on the phone and within 20-25 minutes my car was already being loaded up safely. Driver was excellent and very friendly. I'll be calling again soon when it goes to the shop. Definitely recommend. Also for heavy haul and commercial rigs they can tow or pull you out as I've used them for the commercial side as well.”

“Had major issues with my truck I use for work. Was recommended by another mechanic that didn't specialize in that type of repair. Very nice and professional group and went over entire vehicle to check everything. Since the truck is my living I went all in and had all the repairs made. WOW! My truck has alot of miles for its age but now it's like new. Installed new cam, lifters, radiator, hoses, struts/ shocks, brakes and rebuilt front end. Yes! They can do it all...and fabulously. There was a slight glitch that was made that caused another problem and Tracy notified me...honest!! I got a new set of heads for free@!! A Premier will now be my goto for all my vehicle needs. Thank you team!”
