“Very friendly. They gave me access to my totaled truck twice. Everything in the truck was untouched. Tow truck driver was nice to my dog and made a leash for me, which cost him money, very nice”
“I had my totaled 2006 Buick Lacrosse towed by Arben. He was very courteous, and was good about being in communication about when he would be arriving. The company gave me $113 for the wrecked vehicle, which was pretty good given the high number of miles and the undrivable state it was in. Hopefully you will never get into a car accident, but if you do and you don't have collision coverage on your insurance, this is a good company to call to salvage some dollars for your vehicle.”
“Was very impressed with the service. Brandon was very polite and efficient. The transport of my vehicle from my house to give me the vin was simple and the office staff worked with my schedule. Will use them again for roadside assistance and anytime I need to transport a car.”
“Gary and his team are amazing. They treat you like family and always address the proper issues, within a timely manner. I’ve taken every car I own to them over the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. Best mechanic in Dallas/ Fort Worth!!!”

“— Bought a car on Facebook marketplace. You know what’s up. Totally died on me when I was like 5 miles from my place. My fault for not bringing a trailer. Buts it’s cool the price was not bad and the driver was cool.”

“They were well polite and helpful with my situation. Had to pickup a customer car. They were helpful by texting me photos of vehicle to see which truck I need to use.”
“Was reconmended by someone on reddit because i had some problems with my 2017 Lancer. Met John (Son of Mr Lee) nice guy. No issues, no problems. Asked for a estimate, he gave a pretty reasonable one.
I will update if anything bad happens when I do get it fixed”
“Bill is no nonsense without being bossy, or coming at you like a car salesman. I drove from South Arlington to Freedom Automotive on a very knowledgeable friend's recommendation, and was NOT disappointed.”
“Great service ? one place told me bs this guy told me the real problem and fixed it in a few hours and saved me $1,200

“If your looking for a service that's about YOU and taking care of your property this is definitely the company that CARES. I've used multiple times and not one person has handled me without care. Great customer service wouldn't use any other company”
“They showed up when they said they would, had very good customer service and even updated us when the car arrived at the destination. Would be happy to use them again in the future.”
“Didn’t have money when car broke down. They agreed to tow my car even cheaper than the other 3 places I called and kept it for me for 3 days until I came up with the money.”
“This is hands down the best place to go in the DFW. Respectful, honest, friendly, they get the job done… The only person I trust with my cars and trucks ???”
“Steve was amazing! He was able to tow my truck in a quick amount of time for the most reasonable price. If you need a tow truck service he’s definitely the right guy for the job!!”

“The customer service is lacking compared to previous experience. The manager is a great guy but some of the guts working the yard are grumpy. Maybe it's the 104° heat so I'll change it from a 3 to a 4.”
“All I can say is EXCELLENT! You know an experienced person when you see them in action. My car is LOW to the ground and other drivers have had to HARDEST TIME lifting it onto the flatbed. JACOB (#770) had it up and out in 5 mins like a Boss! ?? Call and ask for him! On time, fast and efficient!”

“Excellent, service! They were responsive, professional and reasonably priced. When I called, I got an immediately answer and a quote over the phone. Richard, the responding driver arrived super fast and went above and beyond to get me off the side of the road and back home safely. Highly recommend!”

“I will say coming up here was not on my list of things to do today, but the lady who helped us get our car was really sweet and the best person of the day surprisingly. I hated having to spend so much money but it is what it is. So thank you for talking to us like actual humans and not being jerks!”

“Once again, the Staff and Mechanics have gone above and beyond as they always have. Nothing goes unchecked when they tackle any major or minor system/assembly/component in your vehicle. My vehicle is over 20 years old with nearly 400K miles and will always bring my vehicle here :)
Thank you all once again!”
