This particular post office lacks in customer service. I bought one of their envelopes and a stamp to mail an extension for taxes. It came back to me stating the extension was refused. Reason? Post office did NOT post mark my envelope! So now we had to come up with amount owed and send it. It was super stressful. Now got hit with penalties and interest on top of that. Horrible service. Someone needs to either retrain or get rid of the staff.

My experience was wonderful today w Angela E. I was helped and not rushed. She took time to help me send and track my package. I was treated like a valued customer.

They suck! I haven't gotten mail correctly for at least a year. I'm a AAA member for 20 + years , 3 cards have been sent ,3 different times. Never got any of them. Complain to post office they just pretty much say I don't know. Then I was to recieve my new license in the mail it never came. The DPS office has a track your id web sight. They tracked it . Told me the post office sent it back to them 2/ 13 /25. I've lived in the same place for 11 years. No change of address was ever put in. Nothing. I go today and show them the email from the DPS OFFICE. I SAID PLEASE READ THIS. And pretty much got the same blow off. But I have called the 1 800# and made a complaint . We shall see. But literally they sent back a Texas state document. My id has expired and I have to show everyone my email about the idiots sending it back. At this point I want someone's job

My mail carrier Sara is always such a joy! She is the most dependable and hard working mail carrier I’ve ever had. Seeing her smiling face daily always makes me happy. I can always tell when she’s gone- the service just isn’t the same.

Angela at the front desk is awesome. I’ve had really great customer service and support at this location. The staff is always nice and helpful. I had issues with a change of address and they helped me figure out the issue and was able to recover some mail that had been held back.

I was unable to talk with anyone!! My mail was not picked up and I have no idea of why and I could not talk with anyone!!! They keep going up on stamps, while services get WORSE!!!! I am so tired of paying more fir services and services just keep getting worse!!!

I’ve been calling for hours now.
If there was 0 stars that would be the rating of this place.
This place sucks!
I’ve called at different times different days and they never pick up the phone.
Why do people here never answer the phone!
They either don’t pick up or they hang up right away.
JUST LAZY people who don’t want to work.

I went to mail an international package and not 1 employee in the building knew how to mail something internationally so I was unable to mail my package.

These idiots keep sending my packages to the same wrong address.
Update on 4/10: these idiots lost another package of mine. On hold right now for 30 min to file a claim.

I have had a letter to be picked up from 2 days last week and then this week.it is stamped,return address,no problems noted.they just put new mail on top of it.so I finally just stood it up facing him/her since mail box free standing and flag has been up each time and never put down and today never picked up
I have lived here going on 40 yrs and NEVER had this happen.

Businesses, don't even THINK about sending check payments or anything containing sensitive info with this location. Someone lazy loser bums are altering checks and stealing from people that actually work! Watch your back! Reports were filed. Cover-ups likely happening as well.
