Not sure of the bad rep but this post office is great. On occasion there is a small line but mostly it’s pretty empty. The guys working up front are always sweet and work fast.

No lines, helpful staff, and I can get in and out quickly. Much better than the Huntsville locations!

The guy behind the counter was less than helpful, and borderline rude... couldn't be bothered to assist me find anything, and the instructions he gave were so vague they were useless, but he was quick to criticize and point out I was doing it wrong, yet still refused to offer any assistance in any meaningful way. I would rather hand delever my package 4 states away rather than deal with him again. Will not ever use this post office again.

Staff spent 15 minutes joking around with a customer in front of me not including the 1 minute needed to actually send the package said customer had. Their attitude towards me was ill mannered and unprovoked and were absolutely no help. This is my general experience every time I go to this post office. Not welcoming, more so a "what do you want" attitude. If your not a known client I guess good service is not included. I went in to return a money order that a family member"s bank would not deposit due to fraud connected to money orders. They immediately chuckled and said "we don't have that much". The check was for $600 I had the original receipt, didn't offer me to come back the next day or any reasonable solution. I asked if the large post office could in town, he replied "I don't know". 0 help whatsoever except to "find a bank that will". I wish I got paid to do so little.

There camera doesn't work there! Someone stole my keys I left on the counter. Can't believe there f**king.! Cameras don't work!!!!!!! USPS suck. Big time!
