In my humble opinion Aldi is absolutely the best of all worlds for supermarket shopping
Firstly the produce is fresh and nicely arranged so one can move through this section quickly
They have so many wonderful secret items. My favorite now is the mini naan bread made with garlic This is sensational from a company called specialty
My wife particularly enjoys the specialty brand honey yogurt which is absolutely amazing compared to all of the FrontRunners that advertise the heck out of their product
Same could be said for their 4% milk fat cottage cheese. My wife loves it she uses it as a snack with their fabulous cereals which are priced in the world of reality
I'm very fond of some of their food in the meat department. I can go on and on I don't want to bore people but what I do want them to know is your dollar will go farther here and even though the overall selection might be smaller the usable selection is incredible

I get it, you don't hire people to be friendly and provide great customer service. But do they have to be rude? Your prices aren't that great, I don't need to be treated like that just to save a few bucks.

Things have changed for the better. Cashiers are a little friendlier, and the store has gone through a major rearrangement that makes shipping much easier. The store as a whole has improved, I'll change my initial rating from a 3 to a 5 star and recommend shopping there over Walmart any day.

I have a special needs 8yo son and the staff (cashier) was not accommodating and very rude. U don’t offer special needs shopping carts and unwilling to modify your policy of putting groceries in an empty cart. Really not helpful for those who aren’t able bodied.

I really like this Aldi. The selection is extensive, and the produce is always Really, really fresh. The employees are also really cordial, which is nice.

Good for one or two items that you want quickly otherwise not worth it.
Their business is based on their own brands and small quantities so you don’t really save here as it’s more about convenience.

This location has probably lost a customer for life. I shopped there three times a month and I have never had an experience such as the one that I had today. When I walked into the store, I grabbed a pizza and I went directly to the register. There was nobody there. There was nobody standing in line, nor was there a cashier. I waited patiently there about 1 foot away from the end of the belt until a cashier had showed up. Usually when I shop there I’m OK waiting about a minute because I know there’s not a lot of staff in these locations but when I showed up there was no one there so I open my phone and I do what anybody would do and just Browse on my phone for a minute until somebody arrives. All of a sudden after about a minute and a half I hear the voice of the cashier which is now surprisingly at the register saying the woman behind me “ ma’am your going to have to walk around him apparently”. ?…. I’m confused. When the cashier arrived, why didn’t she just say” next in line? “ or “ how can I help you, sir?” Instead what she did, but she embarrassed me in front of a customer by indirectly, telling me that I’m not paying attention and that she’s been standing there. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a grocery store in a long time. This girl Brianna apparently didn’t want to be there today. When I walked up to the register after she had made that comment, I was apologetic, but also confused in confronting her asking her. “Why didn’t you let me know you were there”? I’m the one that waited there waiting patiently to begin with. She tried to nervously rebuttal, but she knew she had no valid response, because I clearly told her that she was not there when I had arrived. I asked her what her name was and she told me it’s on the receipt again I don’t know if I’m going back to this location any longer.

I’m done with this place. You have the rudest employees. Acknowledge the customers!! Stop throwing our items in that stupid cart that sits next to you!! How hard is it to say have a nice day? How hard is it to look at someone with a smile. I’m so done. RUDE ?

I love this store. The staff is really great, providing an amazing customer experience. It's pretty clean and organized, and I don't have to keep searching for hidden items on the shelves.
