“UPDATED REVIEW 8/15/26: I came back to add to my review, since this time I had work done on one of my vehicles. I brought in my problematic Jeep when it over-heated and man she did not want to play well with Richard and his team. The mechanics work throughly to investigated the engine until they finally found the gremlin. Richard Brown honestly and throughly explained every step, offered suggestions, and options.
Having to repair vehicles is never something you want to do but I believe trusting Richard with your vehicle is the way to go. He is there to provide great service, honest assessments and cultivate an honest relationship with his customers to ease some of the anxiety that comes along with car repairs.
—I highly recommend Browns Auto Center. In full disclosure we did not get to the repair part of our interaction because the insurance deemed the car totaled so this will be on the experience leading to that. For the first conversation when towing my vehicle to his shop, this was after hours may I add, Mr Brown was professional, kind, and informative. He and his mechanic walked me through the process, gave me tidbits for what to expect and answered all of my questions. They even went out of their way to get all my kid’s school books and personal items from the car when the insurance accelerated their time frame to pick up the car.
We never want to be in the situation to need a mechanic but this is one number I will keep just in case.”

“Awesome people, they took great care of me. It’s great having a new honest, fair priced auto mechanic in the Trophy Club area. I will be referring business to them whenever I can. In fact I'm taking my F-150 back there today for some additional work. Update on additional work, took a road trip to Galveston and just south of houston my turbos quit working on my ecoboost motor. I had to limp back to town and drop it off at their shop. The problem was very difficult to diagnose because it was an electrical issue that needed to be traced which is a tedious process but they found it, fixed it and my truck is now running like new. These guys are great, you don't find people this dedicated often anymore. They will continue to get my business.”
