Unloading is usually proficient, with loads often getting unloaded within 30 minutes to one hour, though it can take up to two hours. Employees are nice, but all business. Tanker truck deliveries enter from Freedom Dr and unload at an awning docking area with a sloped entrance. There are no driver facilities, though a restroom is located between dock door 18 and the main office entrance.
