Room was nice, clean and neat. Breakfast was hot and hearty. Staff was A+__ I had an issue with billing on my card and they took care of it fast and easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This hotel is not safe. The breakfast was meek (on a Saturday). We ended up tossing our food and going to a McDonald’s. The third floor windows opened! No screen no fire escape. The room was small. The bathroom was not clean, hair all over the tub, booger like substance on the wall. The faucet for the tub was difficult to turn on and if you didn’t use muscle to turn it off, it would continue to stream. The pillows are light throw pillows. Do not recommend.

Could not even stay here. Faucet in shower was leaking (streaming) and when I was given a new room, the batteries in the smoke alarms in the room they gave me and multiple around were beeping needing new batteries. Did not feel safe with that situation. Dingy, outdated, and costs the same as many other cleaner and modern rooms.

The service is good, the room is clean, though the bathroom is a bit old.
The pool is quite small, but is clean.
The AC was super chilly and the breakfast is fantastic
Rooms: Not so roomy, but clean with chilly AC.
Has pressing board, hangers, some hotels in this category do not have these. There's a desk, reading light, coffee maker fridge and microwave, so basically it has all to give you a stay away from home feeling.
Nearby activities: It is just 3mins drive from the Hawaii falls and the Cinemark is not so far away.
There is a Whataburger almost across it, so you can get a quick lunch or dinner, since the hotel serves warm breakfast.
There are also some stores close by, should you need to buy some stuffs quickly.
Safety: The Hotel has several one main entrance and two exit at the rear.
The swimming pool area is gated and is locked when not in use.
There are two stair ways that are not quite wide and well lit up.
Food & drinks: The hotel serves a warm breakfast, not just toast and coffee. Lol

Extended stay. Sam and the staff were very kind and helpful. Location was convenient to everything I needed. Nice, comfortable room.

Checked in and had to asked for them to clean the whirlpool. Sat on the bed and got bit by bed bugs!! Filthy sheets with hair all in them!!They refused to refund our money and would not even provide a receipt!!

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. We had a major family emergency on our vacation and the employee we dealt with was rude and lied to us multiple times. I tried calling to speak to the manager with no luck. I called best western customer relations for help and the front desk employee even lied to her. When we arrived, the room we were given had a broken toilet and was right next to a loud elevator. Everything is done to the bare minimum. This is a terribly run business and the customer service is deplorable. I will never stay at this best western again.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! Let’s start with how rude the staff/manager is, I book this hotel through Priceline and within 30 minutes of me booking, my flight back to Dallas was canceled and I immediately called this Best Western to inform them of the situation and move or cancel the reservation as I won’t be able to make it. When someone got on the phone he refused to give me his name when I asked and I explained to him that Priceline needs to know who I spoke with in other to refund my reservation but whoever that was knew this and that’s why he refused to give me his name, after several attempts he hung up the phone in my face. I believe this was either the manager or the owner that did this, they ended up keeping my money and the reservation as they refused to approve Priceline’s request to cancel the reservation. Please don’t book at this Best Western, they’re very unprofessional and when I finally made it to Dallas the next day I stopped by there to see what can be worked out but the place is not worth staying, the pictures online are definitely photoshopped because the place didn’t look like the pictures online. Please don’t book here, there are better hotels nearby.

Place is okay for a standard room for a night but do not waste your time booking a whirlpool room. Was told they only had two rooms with the whirlpool. The whirlpool was disgusting, hard water stains coming out of the vents, hair all in the tub and there was still candle wax on the edges from the last romantic endeavors in that whirlpool and the hotel just put towels over it. Had to go to the front desk to ask for bleach, disinfectant spray and whatever else they could give me to clean that disgusting whirlpool. We were in it for 2 minutes and had to get out. I could only imagine the bacteria infections we could get from being in that thing. Sucks because I wanted to do something quick and spontaneous for my boyfriend. Money wasted, checked out of the hotel at 2am, couldn't take being in the room, even the sheets were dirty, rough and uncomfortable. Hard pass on this place. I also booked this same room a few years ago and it was lovely, reason why I booked it again. They obviously have not cleaned those whirlpools since I booked years ago! Disgusting!!
Rooms: Just book a standard room. Whirlpool rooms are disgusting!

So I frequent the DFW area from Houston at least twice a month and I have to book rooms at different locations throughout the week. Second time here & what I was quoted is about what I paid the last time including my AAA discount, but when I checked my account I was charged $15 extra. No other issues with the place other than that. Unfortunately I will not be booking here in the future. No need to mention it to the front desk, if the extra charge was worth it then that’s what it is.
