“Food, service, quality cuts of meat. Everything was fantastic. I Was looking around, and this dude slapped 2 steaks on the counter, promised I wouldn't be disappointed, so I bought them. ( I wanted to prove him wrong). I think They were "Chuck-eye" I normally eat ribeye, Porterhouse, wagu, occasional NY strip... wth is a chuck eye?... ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Salt, pepper, and these were "FIRE". Thanks NY butcher shop. I'll be back again.”

“Theresa is the best! She is very patient and provides great customer service. I have 5-7 animals a year processed here. Meatballs and Tamales are a must try. Also a fan of the German rings. Not the cheapest but the quality is great and they know what they are doing. My kids love checking out all the mounts.”
