Came after school to open a High School Checking account for my kids so they can set up direct deposit for a future job; however, we were told it would take an hour to open up both accounts so they can go over things. The branch closes at 5PM so that was not possible. We opened up a teen checking account online with Capital One instead and it only took a few minutes!

Went to cash savings bond. Told me they could not due to my maiden name was on the bonds said I need to get a new ones issued. After reviewing the treasury website this is false and I don’t need a new bond issued. They were very unhelpful I think they just did not want to deal with it.Ended up going to another chase and they cashed then just fine.

Not sure what is going on with this location. I have been a customer here for years but now it seems run down. They pulled out the second ATM and the other seems to be broke down a lot. Everything in Roanoke seems to be growing and improving except this chase branch. These are the only chase atms in miles. It’s a huge inconvenience to only have one atm that seems to always be broke down

Not very helpful. I am a long time Chase customer with multiple products with the Chase portfolio. I came in to get my wife added to an account and setup another checking for our business. It was 15 minutes before close the lady was not trying to help get this done for us today. She was immediately dismissive. Just be aware. There are many other reviews on here about this locations horrible service.I probably won't be coming back to this branch for my banking needs.

Poor customer service. Came for my business to exchange $200 into small bills. Rhonda and Jennifer felt it necessary to stick to the policies and not give me change without the account number. When I am telling them the name of the business, and they know my boss by name, it is beyond ridiculous to turn away our business. We are a multimillion dollar piece if business, and they are a stickler for policy to breakdown my $200. Absolutely insane. Such a time waster.

What can one say about a bank. Haha! But i can honestly say i love Chase cause they have covered my butt when i've had trouble with people trying to steal from my account. They also offer some good deals being a customer, so i think i'll be a customer for a long time. Thanks Chase.

Find a different bank. Live right down the street and I will drive one hour to not have bank with these guys. Rude. Find a reason why they can’t do the job instead of a reason why they can. Nothing more frustrating. Horrible customer service.

My husband and I walked into have him added to a signature card and I took off early. We were quickly told we'd have to make an appointment for tomorrow or Saturday'. The rep told us it was due to having one banker! This is a busy area and to only have staffed one banker it pitiful! You could tell she didn't have any consideration or concern. It makes me want to move all of my money!

Worst customer service.I've had an account here for years and when I need them they never want to do their job and make excuses. Their employees are rude and lazy.

We have lived in Roanoke for two years now. We have always loved this chase bank for the easy access ATMs they had in the first year and a half. Now, we have a 7 car line tonight is just ridiculous with ONE ATM. Not to also say that the ATM that IS there is broke half the time we have gone here. For something to be a convenience is becoming a MASSIVE inconvenience. Just a side note, this has been going on for months now. I’m writing this because it’s been going on for FAR too long now.This review is strictly for the ATMs and has nothing to do with those inside. The customer service we have received inside the bank is always super kind and friendly. Just wish they would take care of their ATM issue.

10+ years I have been an account holder at this location. Over all very pleased until now... WHY remove the ATM?? There is a line 6 cars deep.
