Just returned to the USA from living abroad for 16 months. Lots of dry cleaning, dry cleaning service was unexpectedly expensive. Appears as they did an acceptable job. Friendly staff.

Great service thought the store needs a lot of updates. It's hard to reach the Roanoke store over the phone. It will be great if the store could have a dedicated number.

We love Cinch! No issues here with any dry cleaning and we are there weekly. They are super fast and have everything done next day! Nicest people too. Highly recommend
