The older lady was such a sweet soul, she made piercing my 3 year old ears such a breeze. Definitely would recommend going here. The play was super clean and tidy which was another bonus

I dont mind overpriced items if they make my daughter happy. But their business policy lost me as a customer. They were running a buy 3 items get 3 free. We purchased 6 items and got 6 free. 2 of the 12 items we ended up with duplicates from a previous shopping so wanted to exchange the earrings to a different design. Seems like a pretty simple thing. The store manager told us their policy is that any returned item has a lower price value. I told her I dont want to return them and get my money back, I just want to exchange them to a same priced item. She said either way their value is almost half price so we could get some cheaper products as an exchange. Im going to take my business somewhere else so I asked my money back. They made $8 on me today but lost hundreds over the coming years. I refuse to shop any Claire's store ever again!!!
