Had a very good experience renting space from here. The property is clean and well managed by Christina. She lives on property and so I felt like my belongings were extra secure. I stored a car here and also had a unit.

Julia was incredibly helpful upon move in and move out. We used CubeSmart to store my college kid's furniture/items over the summer. Highly recommended.

I've been using this facility for my business since 2006. And have been through several management changes over the years. And they all have been very responsive to my needs, whether it be a light bulb out or a weird smell that needs to be investigated. The current on-site manager AKA Julia has been a joy to work with as far as renting additional units temporarily for my business. And ensuring the facility stays neat and clean.

I'm a current unit renter and have been for years.
In the past management would discuss monthly rates in order to keep long term renters consistent with promotions and advertised rates.
Current management no longer considers that, in fact it seems they have no interest in keeping existing customers.
Their advertised rate for the unit I am in in is more than 25% cheaper. No promotion. Just more than 25% cheaper.
My rate just went up again and as stated, they are billing me way above current advertised rates.
Beware of this group if you stay longer than a few months.

Great location and awesome staff. Julia is very helpful and always answers my questions quickly. She provides great customer service and addresses any concerns immediately! We had a door spring break recently and she worked with me right away and had it repaired in less than 12 hours. Definitely went above and beyond.

I decided to go with a cheaper rental company but Miss Julia made me seriously consider CubeSmart! She was very professional.
I decided to go elsewhere due to price and lack of robust security, particularly the lack of cameras in the inside when she showed me some units.

Julia was so amazing and helpful! Leaving my car in a storage unit was very last minute and she made the process so smooth and convenient! I really appreciated how clear she made all the directions and conditions, and how quick the process took. I would 10/10 recommend!

The process was the easiest and smoothest transaction I've ever had while renting a storage. When I arrived at the unit, there was a welcome bag with my lock ready to go. They had even cut the hard plastic lock for me which made it so easy. I was telling all my friends about this storage place that made the move in so darn simple. Especially for a senior lady. Way to take care of your customer. I will forever gell everyone about this place.

Cunesmart raised my rates by more than 20% four months after moving in. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's an ok place, but rent is a little high for an outside unit and I paid about 3 weeks before the due date (like I usually did been there about 1.5 yrs.) Ended up being able to downsize and just get rid of the unit. But even giving them 20 days notice about moving out. I asked about a pro rated amount for the time I didn't use. They just said we just keep that money they don't do prorates. Oh well.

Super convenient for me while I was transitioning moving. Jen was helpful and responsive to any questions/concerns that came up.The app also is great for access into the facility, paying online, and any tools needed.

I filled out a lease online for an 8x30 storage unit it and it was ready for immediate move in. The unit was very clean and my welcome package with lock waiting for me. This location is managed extremely well and could not be happier with my decision to lease at this location. :)
