Appt only so they won't take you too early before you're appointment, no over night parking. Friendly staff and had me loaded fast

They may take you early if your appt is at 3pm and you show up at 0900 if the 0900 appt is missed by the other driver you'll get his spot if not you'll be burning time off your clock.

Got there several hours early for my appointment and they had me in a door and loaded in just over an hour.
