Went to the Minute Clinic inside CVS due to illness. The provider came back from his 1 hour lunch break 10 minutes late. Went into clinic and shut door after 10 more minutes he came out and went into back room. Upon his return I asked when I was going to be seen. He said my appointment was for 4pm and it was 1:45. I said but walk ins are welcome. He said only when available. I told him that there were no other people at the clinic and mentioned that he was just doing nothing after taking a longer than 1 hour break. He shrugged his shoulders and shut the door again.

This place is a really busy location. So sometimes the line gets backed up. They have a lot of staff in the pharmacy at all times that I've seen. Usually about 6 people working. And they don't look like they're slacking that's for sure! Makes me worn out just watching them work so hard. Whenever I do have an issue or need help with finding a better price on my script, they're kind, patient, and helpful. Yes, sometimes the lines are long. I've waited 15 minutes for my turn before inside, longer in the drive-thru, but I still think it is well-staffed and the staff themselves have always shown to be wonderful people. I consider them very customer-focused.

This store will lie to you to get you off the phone. I called them the day before to make sure they had my prescription, then after my doctor sent the prescription in, I called them to make sure they could fill it today. They assured me they were able to fill it in an hour. 2 hours later I find out that they have been out of stock for 2 weeks and won't get my prescription in for another 2 weeks. This is not first time they have done this. They have done it 3 times this year already. If you care about your health, DO NOT GOT HERE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

Worst cvs pharmacy I've been to. I've experienced consistent delays, up to 3 weeks, every month this year attempting to fill my prescription. In the future I will go out of my way and drive to the Westlake location.

Best CVS ever and I travel a lot they always do a great job of getting my prescription quickly with no issues they even go above and beyond for other stuff.

Rude at the Minute Clinic. Checked in and it took 5 minutes at the kiosk. Then lady who saw me come in at 6:55 pm on 4-6-23, told me they were closed and didn't see patients after 6:55. Doctor had door open and heard the whole thing. We were from out of town 5 hours away. No empathy nor consideration. Told me to go to "CareNow" and sure glad we did! They actually CARE.

Horrible service at the Pharmacy. When did waiting 6 hours for a prescription to be filled become the norm? These pharmacist are in no hurry to change anything. This location is horrible and I've complained directly to CVS over their declining service and nothing has changed. People please start giving your business to small pharmacies that's the only way big corporations will take notice.

Minute Clinic is unclear and deceptive in their practices. It cost $100 for a simple blood pressure test, one which is customary and without cost when seeing a doctor. In CVS case, it's a billable event, in the small print. First and last time visiting this service.

This location is terrible. Nurse had to call in my prescription 3 times before they filled it. System is always down. Line is always long. Hot mess of a location.
