I needed a one way rental to pick up a car we bought about 200 miles away. Enterprise has offices in many convenient places. They had an office just minutes away from the home of the folks we were buying from so it worked out just right. Check in and returning the car were pretty quick. The car, a Toyota Camry, was just right for the trip. An easy experience and I will look to Enterprise the next time that I need to rent a car.

I wish I could give it no stars. I rented a car in Richardson. I had no issues there. I left and headed towards Weatherford. About 15 minures later, tire light came on. It got down to 21. We put air in the tire. As soon as we drove off, the tire light came back on. I can our rental branch. LD said I could go to any Enterprise and they could add it. I went to the location on Byron Nelson Blvd. I talked to one guy. He said okay. He checked tire and said we were right about it not holding air. This employee was sent off to do something else even though he was still helping us. The tall african american looking worker had me repeat several times about wanting roadside added to my contract. He then told me that I had to call roadside for them to add it. I called them. They told me that they cannot add it over the phone and I could go to any Enterprise. I told Mark at Roadside what I was told. He repeated what he just told me. I asked if he could hold on so the employee can be in the loop. I handed my phone to the employee and he said to Mark oh okay. The Enterprise employee handed back my phone. He then just ignored me. I told him that I still wanted to add Roadside to my contract. He kept saying what over and over when I said. I have reached my stress level dealing with this employee. He acted like he did not know what roadside or RAP was.
I am on my way to a hospice to visit with family. The treatment from Alessandro [card he handed me] or Jesse [name he used on the phone] did not make it any better. An Enterprise customer should be an Enterprise customer no which region or branch you are at.

I was a last minute walk-in. They gave me a great rate at this location.William Snider helped me and was professional, great with customer servive and got me set up and on the road quickly. He was outstanding.

I had no bad experience here everything was smooth. It's always good to call before coming or set appointment! On the last day I needed and ride home. They took the time to drop me off I thought that was cool. Just wanna thank you guys

I have to rent a car there because my own car suffer hail damage. This is the first time that I had an horrible experience like this. When I picked my Rental it has hail damage on the passenger door. Also a crack on the front crystal. A weird sound on the brakes that I have to pay by my pocket to make sure that the car was in good condition because the associate didn't find anything. Enterprise keep my deposit because they said that the rental had hail damage one small like a pea. Barely noticed and because we have bad weather where I live they decided to submit a claim to my insurance only because they want more money something ridiculous and stupid. I cancelled a reservation that I have for the summer I prefer to rent in another place. Believe me I rent in many many places before and I never had an experience like that. They charged me for the damage and scratches that someone else does. This unbelievable and unacceptable. All the rental companies said if the car has an small dent like a quarter they never charge you. But this company is a scam.

Wow, these bad reviews are spot on. Tried to secure a car and was put on hold to a recording that said sorry we're closed because Nathan(pretty sure that wasn't his real name) didn't know the answer to my questions. No one could give me accurate information and Anna straight up lied to me. No integrity, No customer service. Won't be using them! Find someone else if you need a rental. I'd would give a zero if I could.

Avoid avoid avoid! If you are a renting through your insurance this place is going to try and scam you. Huge deposits, only the most expensive vehicles available, etc. the employees for the most part have poor attitudes but not all.We ended up at grapevine enterprise and the environment and customer service was completely different. The employees didn't feel like scammy sales folks but people there to help you.

Had good experience here had used up the required 30 day rental limit from Insurance, they agreed to keep the discount rate untill our car was ready.

Have called 8 times over 3 days and only once was I able to get someone on the phone. I've had to go to a different location further form my house for a guaranteed reservation because this one simply will not answer.
