Margie, the RN, drew blood effortlessly and was incredibly thorough in going over my medical history and conducting numerous tests. Dr. Phelps gave me the most detailed explanation of my test results and medication details that no other physician has ever done.I HIGHLY recommend this location for your medical needs and customer satisfaction.”

“Update - The office has since worked with me to resolved the issue. I would recommend them as they ultimately did what was right be their patient. I called in to the Keller office asking for an annual checkup. My doctor was at another location so the receptionist said she would schedule my annual checkup with Dr. Byarlay. While the experience with the Doctor himself was good, a month later I get a bill and see they did not bill my insurance for an annual checkup but an outpatient visit so the bill is $205 instead of free. I'm not concerned, mistakes happen, so I called to make them aware of the mistake. The receptionist proceeds to blatantly lie and claim she never agreed to schedule me for an annual checkup and won't send a corrected code to my insurance company. I would not have agreed to visit another doctor if I had known they would charge $205 for a visit which would have been completely covered by my insurance otherwise. I recommend staying away from this business. It is fine to make mistakes but it says a lot about the business when they refuse to make matters right by the patient.”
“Dr. Shameer Dhaliwal is an amazing doctor, he cares for his patients and listens more than anyone I’ve ever been to. Mickey is the best, she’s always there for me and my mom and her skills for getting blood work done are exceptional.
The office is good, clean and it has two separate sides for primary and pediatric care.”
“Helen Melissa Tyson is an awesome NP! I trust her for all my general health care. I've been coming to this location for many years, when it was a tiny one doctor office with Dr. Mayfield. It's now a much larger and modern office.The front desk staff are wonderful and very professional. The staff here always take great care of me. I highly recommend this location.Please understand this is Suite 150 in the corner. There are three Texas Family Health offices in this office complex and it can be confusing for new patients.”
“I switched over to Fossil Creek Medical a couple of months ago because of the phenomenal reviews they got on my NextDoor app. PA Destonee Wilson is knowledgeable and professional and I am most impressed by her bedside manner. She is patient, caring, listens attentively to patient concerns and takes her time to answer questions. She is thorough in her plan of testing for and treating patient health issues. The nurses and office staff are kind and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience!”

“I was shocked to see these reviews on this practice. Trophy Club Family Medicine has been my family's primary care physicians for over 10 years. These health providers are professional, caring, responsive, timely and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had an issue with them. If there was ever a concern, it was handed immediately. Dr. Addy and Dr. Yi have both attended/treated our family (Mother, Father in Law, Daughter, 2 sons, Husband and myself) with knowledge, patience and kindness. I have also referred other family and friends without a second thought!”
“What can I say. Colleyville family medicine is the best. The service is impeccable, from the front desk staff, MA, nurses, and doctor. Today I had an emergency. I went there unannounced which is not my norm. I was starting a new job and they needed a list of medical information ASAP. I needed to get that information as soon as I can. Chassidy Henderson is my hero. She was able to get the ball rolling in getting the necessary information so I can submit to my job. Usually from the front desk prospective, it's a, ok we will leave a message for the nurse etc. but not Chassidy, she went above and beyond, got the nurses and doctor involved and all of them realized my urgency and was quick to help. Dr. Hayes who is my favorite doctor came in and spoke to me for a quick second because remember I went unannounced and said she was able to get me what I needed today. Words can't explain how relieved I was, that the office pulled together to get me what I needed. From the phlebotomist, CXR tech etc. I am so thankful to all of you but it all started with Chassidy. Thank You!!! :)”

She misinforms patients and doesn’t take accountability. Again, very unprofessional. Refuse to interact with her ever again. Please listen to your “recorded phone calls” it was that bad.”

“Taking the time to write a thoughtful post because I was insanely surprised by the experience I had this morning at Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Keller. Without getting into too many details, I went in with MAJOR pain and ended up getting taken back very quickly due to nearly passing out. Dr. Richardson was the one who helped me into a bed and got me taken care of as quick as he could. I could barely sit still for an IV but finally got one because the paramedic was able to do it quickly. All of the nurses were amazing and so patient and kind. So so thankful for the entire staff who helped me today!”
