“I came in last week for some severe stomach cramping. I’m in very early pregnancy, with my first baby, and i’m also very young. This time is very intimidating for me, I simply have no idea what i’m doing and will gradually learn as I go. But the nurse Mickey was very kind to me, and gave me some tips on some things to do to help me along. Being so young i feel a lot of judgement when i tell people that I’m pregnant, but this was the first time that i felt fully seen and accepted. “What contributes to a great experience at a medical office is the staff and how the patient is treated before seeing their doctor. Elaina is a very professional and personable transport driver. I experienced this firsthand. At the front desk in the Southlake Office, Ashley and Kyanna represent the best in customer service, and I always have found them friendly and efficient. My doctor, Gwen Tinkis, is a good primary care physician and I feel she cares about anything affecting my health as well as recommends proactive things during appointments. It is great Valora has an on-site blood and X-Ray lab. This convenience really mattered when I needed an X-Ray and was in no shape to go to yet another facility. Their web portal is also very effective and I can leave staff and doctors messages as well as check test results and appointments. I like this under one roof concept, and the fact the personnel are so knowledgeable and effective.”
