would give zero stars if i could.
rude, stuck-up, unwelcoming, pushy, likes to harass walmart customers because they're desperate to get new accounts opened. I come to walmart to buy my groceries, not to be stalked by desperate bank employees.
I once called them and asked why my card kept declining at an office if I had more than enough money in my account. when I asked, they said that the address on my account didn't match the address for what I was paying for. when I asked them which address of mine they had on their side, they said they "couldn't disclose that information" to ME, the ACCOUNT OWNER, after I had spent about an hour and a half waiting for them to answer just to be put on hold and then forced to deal with a mumbling trainee over the phone.
terrible service. rude people. avoid this place.

I just want to say that Faith was absolutely amazing and helping me!!! She was able to help me during the holidays get through a difficult time with getting some things in order with my account. She gave me an excellent customer service, and despite some things being Rocky for setting up my Zelle she was able to still go above and beyond and helping me if you were ever at this location in the Walmart in Roanoke, please stop by and see her?

I have been with this bank for YEARS and this is my closest location to my home. I have had zero problems at this particular branch at all. Sometimes the line can be long and it may take awhile for them to process everything for customers ahead of you. However, they are always apologetic for the delay and handle everything quite efficiently when it’s your turn. Great staff and great bank in all. The only reason they didn’t get a 5th star from me is simply the fact that you can never reach customer service. They do have a chat option in the app however. But the branch itself gets a glowing 5 star review.

Nothing more frustrating than inconsistency and dishonesty. Although I am not an account holder, Convenience Bank inside of Walmart was happy a week ago to provide change for a $20...quick and easy. This week, I had the same request but was met with, "We are unable to help you because you are not an account holder and we need your account number to open the register." Staff must have the discretion to pick and choose (discriminate?) who they may or may not help. I recieved quick, friendly service in one of my two interactions.
