I really liked her tiered system allowing us to select different types of arrangements along the same style. Lilium florist was so kind to provide me a beautiful bouquet for the burial site on zero notice. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.”

They were beautiful and the bouquet was much larger than expected. She was over the moon. “I’ve ordered from here several times since my mother lives in Roanoke and I live in Arizona. My sister lives in the area and can confirm that the flowers I order from here are always beautiful and my mother is very happy with them. I placed a last minute order this week for my mother s 90th birthday and made an error when putting in the name. I found out later that they had had an ice storm and received a notification that deliveries wouldn’t be made that day, so I accepted the fact that they wouldn’t be there that day. I had left messages regarding the error I made when ordering and I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email stating that the error was fixed on their end and the flowers were delivered! I believe they went out of their way to ensure my mother received her flowers on her birthday despite my error and the icy roads. My mother is very happy and my sister confirms that they are beautiful!”
