This review is specifically for Chuck, at this location. I brought in a pup I'm fostering who is paralyzed in his rear legs. Chuck walked the entire store, spending about a whole hour finding the perfect tools & equipment to make my pup a wheelchair. He was both knowledgeable & has the greatest heart. Thank you Chuck!

At this point 1 star is being too generous. The Truck rental department is completely and utterly unprofessional. The associate did not help us at all, he just stood at the desk and let people wait for over 30minutes. He was rude, arrogant and unprofessional, he was yelling at us saying that he wasn't the one that helped us in the morning so it wasn't his problem and the proceeded to walk away. He said he was going to call the manager and didn't even call him and just let us wait there. Absolutely do not recommend. Just use Uhaul instead.

I have rented power tools seven times from this location. Renee and Rumina always go above and beyond. Every time I have had a challenge, they have done the right thing to fix it for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you guys!

When ordering any appliance, check that it is physically in stock. If it's not, they will give you false delivery dates that mean nothing. Then they will continually send updates a few days before every delivery date pushing the date out a random amount. You may never see the appliance.

We were recently in 2 Home Depot stores in the DFW area (Roanoke and Dallas). Unfortunately, there were several customers without masks. And even though there's signs posted saying they're required, and there's a mask mandate, HD doesn't enforce it. Not a wise move during a pandemic. We left immediately. Disappointed in HD.

Went in to get a piece of wood cut and had to buy a whole sheet because they can't understand the rules of the saw. Both the manager and the employee were clueless, sigh.

I went today to pickup paint that I had paid for online with my credit card. I buy stuff for my husband also as he hates ordering/shopping so we use the same online account.....mine. I used curbside pickup as I forgot to bring a mask. I texted when I got there and even texted order number after waiting about 10 min for a response. (Thought they might be shaking paint for me.) After another 10 minutes I called to say I was waiting for pickup. They acted like they had no idea I was there but had my order. Lady walks out with paint and then proceeds to tell me that unless my ID matches account, I cannot pick up order. I showed her my ID and said my credit card with my name paid for items. She said she would have to go back and call my husband for permission. Excuse me? This is not the 1950s......husbands do not need to give permission. Hubby was mowing the yard so while she went and tried to call, I decided I would reject order, open up a new account in my name and reorder the same items while I waited curbside. However, she came back out and said husband gave permission for me to purchase items with my own credit card. SMDH! I will be getting items from Lowe's from this point forward and so will my husband since I order for him.

The staff here was quite helpful to me during the purchase of a new refrigerator. When it was delivered tho, the delivery purchase (a 3rd party service) would not touch the old one as it was deemed to dirty! This was so disappointing and I am so upset with Home Depot!!! Will never purchase anything from them again.

Awesome experience today with Chuck in Appliances and Kathy in Cabinets. I had a fridge delivered that didn’t fit and they have gone above and beyond to get the issues rectified. Chuck searched for make color and size I was looking for (not an easy task as I changed a few things I was lookin g for a few times) while Kathy had multiple phone lines she was bouncing back and forth between to make sure we got new fridge ordered, old picked up and credit application for the $100 off. GREAT TEAMWORK! Congrats on your upcoming retirement Kathy!
