Larger woman with a southern accent took 25 minutes doing peoples pool tests and had me sit and wait to get rung up at the register. Did not expect it to take half an hour to get some shock for my pool :/

Drove out from Newark TX to test my water and they have a sign on the door they can't test water... why are they in business? This is how they make money! They should be able to test your water so they can sell you chemicals. This was a big inconvenience. Took me 30 minutes to get there! Guess I know now you should call a pool supply store and make sure they can test water before you drive out.

Needed help and the store manager blamed me instead of helping me. He got loud with me in front of other customers as if I was the problem. I needed your help. I understand the situation with product. You talked in circles and did not help. I will never be in your store again.

Just another pool store that usually doesn’t have what I need in stock. But what is most bothersome is the kid they have working there doesn’t know how to say “thank you” or “you’re welcome”.

I agree with others that this store has extremely poor customer service. The youngster that checked me out was rude and seemed to care less even though he and I were the only ones in the store. My advice, drive down Hwy 114 to the Southlake store and avoid this one.

The staff is very young and inexperienced. That's not the problem. Rude attitude is the problem. Won't go here again.
