We went to get my son vaccines in the pharmacy with a scheduled appointment and when we showed up they didn’t have one in stock so the pharmacist was so helpful
to check with the minute clinic for us. Provider, Heather Greer greeted us with such a friendly attitude even though we didn’t have an appointment with her and she was closing soon. She quickly brought us in and actually realized my son is up to date on his childhood vaccines and didn’t need the ones the school said he did. Apparently some doses were missed on the state registration but she quickly located them. I am SO grateful for her knowledge that my son didn’t need more shots based on CDC guidelines and also so grateful for her kindness and care. Thank you for exceptional service! Hope to not be back, but I’m sure with my young kids, we will be back :)

Waited 40 mins on the walk in list while 2 patients with appointments got seen first. Doctor came out, no patients were in the waiting room or checked in and asked if I had an appointment. I told him no but I'm on the walk in list and there is not anyone here.
He told me I would have to wait until the very end of the day and see if there is time and he advised there won't be and to go to another location. I understand if you're booked and cannot fit me in but then why is there a walk in option where if I'm the only one there you still won't see me because an appointment might come in.

Went in for a sinus congestion. First thing I tell them is I have no insurance. So they run a flu test. Didn't bother mentioning that flu test was $150, just did it. He would have gladly run a COVID test, at another $150 without mention too if I haven't have said I had already taken one, but he had to ask the RN first. I could have walked 20 feet and grabbed a self test off the shelf for $10.

The treating PA new exactly what was going on and the antibiotics she prescribed had me feeling better by that evening. She was also very kind and willing to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed.

Same as most other low reviews. Tried to get a walk-in, saw two missed appts and ask if we could use the spot that wasn't being used and was told they can't do that (here first thing in the morning). Then watched an employee go in during a missed appt spot and get tested right in front of me lol. Annoying to be lied to and am wondering why they don't have a better missed appt policy, for example, your appt spot should go to a walk-in if you are more than 5 mins late . Let walk-ins happen as you promote on your website. Really, it's nurse laziness. Lot if revenue being missed and makes for a lot of upset customers. Many people book spots and don't do the courtesy of canceling if they don't show.

Basically tested for flu and COVID and charged us almost $150. Same as ER clinic and not helpful at all. Won’t be back.

Went there due to illness. The provider came back from his 1 hour lunch break 10 minutes late. Went into clinic and shut door after 10 more minutes he came out and went into back room. Upon his return I asked when I was going to be seen. He said my appointment was for 4pm and it was 1:45. I said but walk ins are welcome. He said only when available. I told him that there were no other people at the clinic and mentioned that he was just doing nothing after taking a longer than 1 hour break. He shrugged his shoulders and shut the door again.

I’ve never used a minute clinic and trying to get some prescription ointment and this so-called doctor or whoever works here has no customer service relations whatsoever after I went to check in putting my credit card and everything in waiting over 10 minutes and then having to knock on his little closet door to ask him how this all worked he continues to tell me it is by appointment only no walk-ins!!!! WBS!!!

This store will lie to you to get you off the phone. I called them the day before to make sure they had my prescription, then after my doctor sent the prescription in, I called them to make sure they could fill it today. They assured me they were able to fill it in an hour. 2 hours later I find out that they have been out of stock for 2 weeks and won't get my prescription in for another 2 weeks. This is not first time they have done this. They have done it 3 times this year already. If you care about your health, DO NOT GOT HERE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.
