Was checking out today and hit the cash back button for $20.00. Immediately got distracted by my Step Daughter and granddaughter as they were hitting the bank. Needless to say I walked away and forgot that$20.00. About an hour later my wife said "you need to call them and see if it got turned in. I laughed but called them. Turns out an employ found it and turned it in. They asked me if I had a receipt, which I did. Drove back up there and after they reviewed security camera's and my receipt I walked out with my $20.00. Awesome to experience the great people who have Honesty and Integrity. Thank you

I love this Walmart. The staff are always helpful, specifically Bryan and Raul! It's a well organized store and the produce is way better than what you can find at Tom Thumb!

Returning to Florida, I needed work on front end balance of car. Went to auto section. I had a setback with with tire lug key but they were patient and offered alternatives. Eventually found the key. Kevin, Terri, and Bubbah were great. They were understanding, quick, efficient and most helpful. Needing help from far away from home can be nerve wracking.

Stopped by the optometrists to get a cloth glasses case for my sunglasses. Michelle searched around the store for me but unfortunately the men's styles were out of stock. My wife and I were out in the parking lot when we heard someone calling out for us. It was Michelle with a pouch for glasses that she had found. What a surprise! Thanks again Michelle

If I could give a zero I would. You have no choice but to self ck items. My sister and I were splitting a large load for the holidays. I was purchasing a walker for my nephew and decided to ring it up and pay for that first before doing the groceries we were splitting. I put the receipt in my purse. We started ringing the groceries and a large brisket Wouldnt ring up so we called the Superviser. She couldn't get it and called someone else over. While telling him my problem I looked around to see the female Superviser scrolling the screen. She said you didn't pay for this pointing to the Walker. First off all I was still ringing up items so if I hadn't of paid for it I still could have been ringing it up last. She didn't even ask for a receipt or anything. Just advised me of not paying for it. I asked for a Mgr but they said no one was there at that time. It was a Saturday at 3:00 pm and no Mgr is there. Weird. I called customer service the following Monday and no one ever called me back. Horrible people. I've never been accused of that in my life and it was personally insulting since I had the receipt to prove I had already paid for it. All she had to do is ask me not accuse me of not doing so. I try as hard as possible to never go back to this Walmart or even try to go to a different store. I don't need this type of treatment while spending my hard earned money where they don't appreciate good customers.

Well on the good side they have a lot of things you can purchase in stock but try getting a manager almost impossible. The manager even wore her name tag backwards so you couldn't even read her name.

No one answers- ever. And no one seems to care that we wait over an hour for a scheduled and completed grocery pick up. Spoke to multiple employees and still waiting. It's ridiculous! Voicemail is full. No one answers the main store either.

The management and market team have got to be some of the worst people to work for in OGP, they are coming out with new rules that are just going to keep customers waiting even longer then they already are and the worst part is, is that all the backlash they get is going to come down on the workers and they don't need that considering they have No management team who actually cares about the workers themselves

We enjoy stopping in and shopping here. There seems to be a good team. We almost never have to wait in lines to get out. Like most places it's struggling with inventory, but we generally are able to find what we need.

By far the worst garden and plant care I've ever seen. This Walmart has literally killed 80% of plant life from straight up neglect. So sad!

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. No actual checkout lanes, only self-checkout now. Very few staff available... it seems a new cost-cutting strategy and yet the prices are higher than competitors (Target, grocery stores, etc). Self-checkout hand scanners didn't work. Prices didn't match labels on the aisles so cost per item was higher when I rang it up than what I expected based on what it said under the items when I grabbed off the shelf. I've meant to write a review about this Walmart now multiple times and I kept forgetting, but this time it was so bad that I went to my car and immediately began writing this. Avoid this Walmart! Go to target, or Kroger, or even Trader Joe's down the road for Pete's sake! You'll get better deals, better service, better ambience/lighting, and someone will actually help you check out.

I would give Walmart lower than zero if I could. They do not honor the price tags on the shelf. I was told all Walmart s are doing this now. I can go to Kroger where they may be a little more expensive but they honor there prices.

Sandy, an employee of Walmart at the self checkout lanes, said that I'm a cracker, and white boy. Because their hand scanners wouldn't work and was confirmed by another employee. She specifically came to check my items that I had already scanned and when I told her I had already scanned them, her comment was, "you white people think you have special privileges and will walk out without paying if the scanner isn't working." Then picks up my bags out of my basket full of things I had scanned AND already paid for, prints a second receipt and starts double checking all of my items. When it turned out she was wrong and all of my items had been paid for is when she called me a white boy and called "us crackers" privileged. Disgusting. I'll never go here again and this review will go everywhere I can post it. Do better Walmart.
