I took my 2011 F250 to the Roanoke location due to problems with my AC. They did an awesome job in diagnosing the issue (electrical) and resolving the issue. At first it looked like I was going to have to go to a dealer and probably have an expensive repair bill. The AC technician decided to spend a little more time on it to see if he could pinpoint the issue. It turned out to be some corrosion on a switch that buried deep into the engine.
They drained and recharged my system and put everything to factory specifications.
I am one happy cool customer now. They were thorough and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a blow out on my way home to Denton. Had to tow it to Pep Boys and they were very gracious for me being a walk-in. They happened to have the right tire, charged me a fair price, and got it done in half an hour. They didn't try and upsell me on a full new set and were really easy going. Highly recommended!
