I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE.
Pedicures only and its hit or miss depending on who does it. Some are great, some not so much. But this last trip was it for me. Walked in 4 staff and 1 customer I was the 2nd customer to walk in. I waited for 40 minutes before anybody even started my pedicure? What i don't tip enough???? I wonder why. Last couple of times my big toes were cut into and left bloody. what is that?????I did not have any ingrown toenails sooooo was it an oops, do they need eyeglasses to see what they are doing. Not my problem. Been going for well over a couple of years, but this was it for me. Their proces are no lower or higher than eanywhere else. so its time to move on. Too bad there are a few girls there that do a good job.

Got a deluxe pedicure with a full gel set, and a full dip set for my hands and I absolutely loveeee it!! I definitely recommend Nina! She’s super sweet and hilarious! She did my toes and my fingers and she did amazinggg!! Been coming here for 4 years now and they never disappoint! I will say that Nina is my favorite though! 😝😉

If I could give negative stars I would. Was harassed (asked over 3x by the SAME PERSON) about getting a pedicure EACH visit. The first dip was bad, went back to get the first dip fixed by original nail tech & it was MODERATELY better. They did not charge me, but even after repeatedly telling the nail tech the things I was not happy with - they either could not understand me due to language barrier or flat out pretended they did and did whatever they wanted - regardless not an ideal nail salon to run in a predominantly English speaking area. I’m choosing to believe the former. Thought process was that everyone/business has a bad day so I went again a month later for new dip set. Went with different nail shape (everyone has their specialties and clearly coffin wasn’t the first nail tech’s specialty), & was assured by the nail tech they would give me ‘the best almond shape’ and did an ombré dip. Turned out just as bad if not worse than the first time. Paid $83 after tip. Will never go back.

If you want a good experience, Nikki might not be the best choice for a pedicure. My experience felt rushed, with sloppy lotion application, a weak massage, and an unwillingness to adjust the water temperature when asked. I even tried to check in with her, asking if she was tired or having a long day, but the response was less than welcoming. I don’t mean to be rude, but I wanted to share this as a heads-up for the next customer. You may want to consider going elsewhere.

Came in to get an acrylic set with french tip, The man who did my nails was rushing made me bleed twice he was holding my finger so hard as well he made a print on my thumb. Didn’t even receive what i asked for and got upset when i told him that it didn’t look like the picture. Got charged for a acrylic full set, That wasn’t even a service i received paid $60 for this. Very upset and never will be going back.

Tom was great as was Tonny but the way the woman up front handled payment was very sketchy. My total was $89. I gave her a $10 off discount card afterwards and she then rekeyed in my services and charged me $104. Not worth returning due to shady billing tactics.

First timer here and I loved it! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Tom did my nails and he did an amazing job! He’s very sweet and professional. Favorite nail tech!

honestly the worst nail solan i've ever been to, i went here just to get my acrylics soaked off and i was in there for over an hour and a half! none of their nail files or buffers or anything were clean or sanitized, the nail techs were leaving other clients in order to help me for a few minutes then going back to their other clients without washing their hands in between. by the time i left i still had layers of acrylic in my nails. TERRIBLE service!! DONT go here!!

This may have been the best pedicure I have ever gotten. I got the jelly one- well worth it!!! They really pamper you. A drink of your choice is included. Tom really took his time and did a fantastic job!! The hot stone foot rub felt amazing! Place was very clean, lots of locals seem to have great relationships here (I'm from out of town). Glad I dropped in! I walked in and was seated right away.

I have been getting manicures since I was six years old, and I can confidently say, the worse manicure I have ever received in the last 16 years of my life, was here. The guy who did my nails rushed and was super aggressive. Three days after, my nails are already falling apart! Do not recommend.
