Uhaul in Roanoke staff are friendly and helpful with knowledgeable customer service. The overall experience was above average and excellent or amazing. Vehicle and trailers were full fuel tank kept all the time, though filling back to exact level can be difficult. The storage facility was ground and road leading into the site can be bumpy with potholes gravel and water when it rained a bit inconvenient. Reservations are recorded in record time and damaged trailers are so customer never go elsewhere for storage or trailer needs. The process was informational and the service was the best.
