My car was towed less than ten miles. To pick it up the same day was over $500.00. That is completely ridiculous. Will never tell anyone anything good about this place!

BIG BOYS wrecker service in Robinson Tx. They damaged my truck and took out my mail box with my truck! They are refusing to pay for my truck damage and also refusing to give me insurance information to get it fixed. They are also refusing to fix my mail box properly. April 30th big boys dispatched a truck to my house to pick up my 1 ton dually to take it to the shop to have the motor repaired. They hooked up my truck no problem secured it no problem. Driver (new driver, first day driving a tow truck per him ) backs down the road crooked and pulls forward and takes out my mail box and never stopped. I'm yelling at him to stop and he finally stops and says "oh I thought I heard something" and says "oh no I'm sorry". Well finally they get the drivers supervisor out there to look and he says they will fix it and takes my info. I asked him to send me their contact info and he never does, I also asked driver to and he never did. They said they will be in contact to get it fixed. I called the office several times over the next few days day and left messages for anyone, the managers, the owners, for anyone to call me please. They have yet to call me from there to this day and it's 5/8. So yesterday 5/7, one week later I stop by their office and ask to speak to a manager and the young lady at the front desk was nice and said yes sir let me get them. Alisha (the owners wife per Her) came up and I told her who I was and she said" oh your the one" and immediately said "I'm not buying you a new mail box"! So I said ok if you're not going to fix that please give me your info for insurance so I can call and get my truck repaired. She refused multiple times! I left and went straight to Robinson PD and talked to an officer he said let me go talk to them and I'll call you. He never called... well today 5/8 a truck shows up to my house and they say hey we are here to fix your mailbox. Please remember I still have not heard from anyone about this. The contractor says the pad is unleveled from where the force shoved the back of it down in the ground and it will have to be completely redone. Mind you I've already had 2 other contractors out to get quotes to fix and they told me the exact same thing. He calls Alisha and tells her word for word with 2 witnesses that it will have to be redone. Alisha tells them to just set it up anyways because that's all she is doing so she doesn't have to worry about it. So I tell the contractor unless we are going todo it properly please don't waste his time. I call Alisha immediately and she tells me the exact opposite of what the contractor just said with witnesses watching. And I ask her why she lied to me about it and was silent. She stated she is not going to do anything about it but set it back up "broken and crooked mind you". So I continuously ask for insurance info to fix my truck and she refused, just repeating herself stating it just left a "chalk mark" so I'm not fixing anything. Right after this call, the contractor called me directly and apologized for what she was doing to me and explained the whole process and that it does indeed have to be redone to be fixed properly, and he stated "that he is sorry I am having to go through this with them because the only reason he was there was to do what she asked because he is having issues with them and they are refusing to return his impounded truck to him. "So here I am with a damaged truck and broken mailbox with the local business that damaged it refusing to do the right thing and make it right. I normally wouldn't put this on Facebook but they have forced me to take alternative measures with their actions. So I do not recommend use this company to say the least.

Most certainly the WORST customer service experience our family has ever had. We were charged $300 to tow our vehicle from an accident and over $700+ total for it sitting on their lot for 48 hours. Very disappointed in their dishonesty, POOR customer service, and exorbitant fees. Learn from our mistake - use ANY OTHER towing company!!

You know it would happen! My daughter is planning on heading home from college in Texas in less than 48 hours and I got a call saying her car won't start. Scramble to call the auto-shop we've had work done to see if they can look at it ASAP and see what's going on and then try to get wrecker service to come and pick-up her car at her apartment and tow it to the shop. I gave Big Boy's a call at 2:14pm and the driver is calling me at 2:33pm sitting in front of my daughter's car and making sure he's picking up the right vehicle. Just confirmed with the auto-shop, at 3:30pm, and he's there now dropping it off! I was very impressed with their communication during the entire process. Even while I was waiting, I asked a question of them on their Facebook page, and they saw and responded to that message before the driver even arrived to pick up the car! Kudos all around to everyone involved today with my experience. Got 'em saved in my address book and will call them again if I ever need towed (which of course you know I hope to be never!)

During a non consent tow this company tried to over charge me over 400.00 due to their mistakes, operator error. Still think I was over charged some. But the judge ruled in my favor for a refund. Not only that the management is extremely rude. They do not follow tdlr guidelines. When I asked to get my belongings out of my vehicle I was told I had to come back between 8 and 5. When tdlr clearly states if it's a 24 hr service I should be able to get my things within 1 hour of requesting. When I did go back the management would not let me take my car to unload my belongings....they made me walk back and forth. Insurance purposes they said. But I was able to walk back there should have been an insurance issue also. Bullshit is what it was. Then the guy they had walking back and forth with was listening in on my phone call and asked me a question. Guess he didn't like the answer yes I have a problem with the tow truck driver cause the fact that he can't do his job properly cost me an extra 600.00. he then threatened to whip my ass....but I was lucky he is on papers.....thought that was a tdlr rule as well. But this company is low down disrespectful and never would I do business with them....call Waco Towing your better off with them. Grade F for F**k Off

Big boys towed my daughters car when she wrecked it. When we came down to take pics and look at it, we had no issues. But when we came back to get stuff out, only she was allowed to go back. They wouldn't let me go help her. And the girl that was working told her she had to carry everything. She had a car seat, a large printer and a bunch of other stuff in her trunk and could not lift anything because of the wreck. The owner let us drive back and get all her stuff. When I had someone coming to pick up the car, we were there about 3hrs because they would NOT let this guy go back and get it. And.... When I called to ask how much it cost to get out the girl told me $21.03 a day and never mentioned all the other coats. Towing cost $280, call out fee $75, storage fees $252, dollie fee $35, clean up fee $150 and mileage $63. They never once told us about all of that until we went to pay. One of the ladies started yelling at a guy and the guy was TOTALLY calm and respectful. They are very rude and have a TERRIBLE attitude. I will NEVER use them or recommend them.

I got stranded and didn't know who to call. I called big boys and that was the cheapest and most friendliest and reliable towing company. Driver was super nice thank you big boys. ?

I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. They have bailed me and my Ford POS out more than once and delivered my project truck a couple times with no issue or complaints from me whatsoever. I wouldn't even consider using another service, regardless of price. Too bad I can't give a 6th star!Services: Battery service

I had no knowledge I was in a towable area, and was picking up a coffee before work. I walked back out and saw a tow truck hooking my car up to the truck. Running back to my car, I apologized profusely and said I would move the car (I would never knowingly park in an area that was marked towable- although this area wasn't). The drivers were not only rude, pushy, and condescending, they also told me it would be $135 to unhook my car from the truck. After they took my card, they came back and charged me $228!!! They made me stand in the icy rain, crying, late to work... Only to ask me more than three times, "So are we taking it or not?!" after I clearly said I only have one car and needed to use it. Unprofessional, unkind, and quite frankly seemed to enjoy torturing this young mom. I understand it is their job to make tough calls and be in unwanted places, but mocking another person's misery with a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, or just common decency is another. This was beyond unacceptable behavior and I am saddened that this is the way this company would choose to treat their community.
