The pharmacist is rude and LAZY. He will not do even basic things that every other location was happy to do. He argued endlessly with me and would not let me speak. When I gave up and just hung up he called me back to continue arguing. Not just rude-unhinged. I would not go to this location. His staff is miserable too. Don’t use this pharmacy. RUN to any other pharmacy!!

The pharmacy is supposed ti open at 9:00. Had to wait over an hour for it to open so i could get my medication before I went out of town. Will not be using this pharmacy again.

This is the slowest & worst pharmacy in town . The workers couldn't care less & the phone service sucks to the max . I'm leaving here , never going back !

I chose this pharmacy because it is convenient to pick up my medication on the way home from work. I have been with them a few years now. Brookshires pharmacy is always slow and numerous times I have requested that they fax my doctor for refills on certain medication and I will be waiting for it and call to see if its ready days later and it was never faxed to my doctors office. I thought maybe it would be better when Walgreens took over. Dear God it is worse than before, they keep getting the Walgreens and Brookshires system mixed up telling me I dont have refills when my doctor just sent in refills, this new lady I guess from Walgreens acts like she has no idea what she is doing. I was just on hold for 21 minutes with only one caller ahead of me because of this new phone system backing up the calls. The convenience is not worth the hassel anymore. I called Circle Drug down the street and a nice lady answered on the first ring and answered all of my questions with great customer service in a very timely manner. Im taking my business elsewhere today!

I come- soon to be "came" to this pharmacy out of self convenience because it is right up the road. But they are always extemely slow- I stay on the phone 10+ minutes any and every time I call. I wait almost 10+ minutes anytime I go to pick up a prescription. They will tell me my prescription is ready and when I get there to pick it up...its not ready or they say "sorry we had to order it" I went back THREE different times for my sons antibiotic. Automated message said "your prescription will be ready at 6pm" So I get there are 6pm- they said it will be ready in about 15 minutes, so I run home come back at about 6:30 and it still was not ready...so I waited until they almost CLOSED in order to get this medication that had been called in around 3pm that day. Its a headache and they waste more time than a person has.The moment I run out of my refills I will no longer be using this place. Im writing this as I have been on hold with them for 18 minutes now to see if the medicine they said they ordered arrived today like they said it would.18 minutes...UpdateHad to hang up because it exceeded 25 minutesI have called back two more times and have had to wait 20 minutes or more each time HOPING I could get SOMEONE to answer. If you do the math thats literally over an hour of waiting to see if they have my medication and refill because god knows I will NOT drive up there just for them to say no (like they do EVERYTIME)

I’m so disappointed since they changed to Walgreens. Never had a problem until recently. You can’t refill online, can’t refill via phone. Their Que to wait until someone answers is FOREVER. When I tried to get my refill for my son, after waiting almost an hour, a person answered and was completely rude, cut me off. Nothing my son’s doctor sent went through. I then went back to Circle Drug, they called and asked to get my meds transferred because no one answered at Walgreens. I had to call the doctor just to send a new one to them because of the lack of customer service. Such a shame because they were great.

Doctor sent out prescriptions at around 9am. I showed up to the pharmacy at 5pm. The response? \\\"Uhhhh, that one's supposed to be done tomorrow because we don't know if we have it, but if you want it I can check and we can make it now.\\\" I have never been given such an absurd line. Do you think we come to the pharmacy because it's fun? Of COURSE I want my prescription if you have it in stock, you turnip brain! Even now, hours later, I'm still absolutely boggled that someone would think it's normal to just put off a prescription because they're not SURE they have it in stock...and then ask the customer if we want them to check. You don't need permission to do your job, guys. In addition, the line moves at the speed of molasses in winter, and the prices are RIDICULOUS. Seriously, unless your insurance covers 100% of the cost, do not go here. I'd have turned around and left if it hadn't been too late to go somewhere else that day. You can bet I'll never be going back.

The store is excellent very friendly employees. The pharmacy is a joke can't get prescriptions filled on a timely matter. Dr. call in prescriptions say it take 45 min .say you come back after work next day to pick up and still not filled say it will take an hour the next day. This seems to be on going problem with others also . I am having all meds transfered to another pharmacy and so are others.
