“Great place. These two brothers are clearly pationate about their craft, super friendly and professional. They eagerly answer your questions with an education on meat as well. They make a mean dry rub and seasoning. So glad I stopped by and found my new go-to meat market. Wish they worked for me in the military.”

“So I stopped by the other day and bought a riveted. He cut it to the right thickness special for me. I through it on the BBQ tonight and I'll tell you what, the best steak I've had in a long time. Better, cheaper with personal service, good by Walmart and HEB.”
