Mack’s performed some structural repairs, as well as performing requested faucet upgrades throughout our 5th wheel RV. They also repaired one of the large slides. All the work was done properly and within a reasonable time. Highly recommend them.

We took our trailer here for repairs to the wood under the vinyl next to a small access door we accidentally didn’t close all the way during a storm. We opened an insurance claim and we connected Mack’s and the insurance company. After a couple of months of not hearing anything from either Mack’s or the insurance company, we contacted the insurance company. Claim denied. They stated this was damage that occurred over years and it was due to a bad seal on the door. Nevermind that the trailer sat through storm after storm at Mack’s with the same seal and never leaked once. Insurance claimed we were lying about the damage and how it occurred. We went to pick up the trailer to bring it home and there was a middle aged man that assisted me with questions I had. He stated he never even talked to the insurance company and they never contacted the shop. As I turned to walk out the door with the keys he says, “just between you, me, and these walls, that damage did not occur with just one storm, it happened over time”. He repeated, verbatim, what the insurance company stated to me when denying my claim. We took the trailer to another well-known trailer company for a second opinion and they verified our claim as truthful. We wanted to give the local guy (Mack’s) our business, but if you have an insurance claim, they are completely inept at insurance claims and communication. Very bad experience.

Searched all over town for a valve for my Thetford toilet, nobody had it but them. Had me in and out. That’s the plus side. The downside is three weeks later that same valve took a shit very cheap quality. I’m sure it’s not their fault. It’s on the manufacturer

Great service. I have had work done on a previous RV and was very happy with the result. Recently needed some supplies and they were helpful.

I have used Mack’s camper sales and the manager Randy and Worker’s Jason and Darren for several years with my motorhomes. I’ve always been very well treated and what I extremely like about them is they don’t try to upsell rip charge they’re honest and do good work and the prices are always extremely reasonable

Was charged $532.59 for restocking and shipping fees. All due to inaccurate advice from Blue Star RV service, Meridian Texas. Also an order from Mack’s RV for a refrigerator that was incompatible with my RV. I have previously bought parts from Mack’s and experienced excellent service. This was just a horrible experience, I believe due to the incompetence of the technicians (I use the term loosely) at Blue Star RV service in Meridian.

Awesome service found me a water heater in I got it in one day .I sent them a picture of hoses I needed to connect and they had two choices of hardware for easy hook up. Go no where else very friendly

We were in Abline TX going To Texas city TX. Hit a curb bent axil were lucky enough to find Macks camper sales after calling 20 companies and driving around Waco he was the only place that had enough room for us to leave are 5th wheel. He replaced the axil did a bunch of other work that as we were travling noticed needed done. We were very happy with the work as well as the price. We were expecting to get soaked but that did not happen. We live in Texas city and we will gladly drive 3-1/2 hours to Waco to Macks if we ever need more work done on our 5th wheel RV.

Best there is in the business, they fixed our ac in our bus when nobody in th area would even touch it ! Highly recommend them

Picked up an awning pull rod $10 great price! Good folks looks like and rv sales lot but I guess that’s all service department. Nice guy said repairs are about a month out. Good local business! Way better experience than vegas!
