Changed Def sensor pretty quick. I think MHC should consider therapy animals in all the driver's lounges. This fella belonged to another driver, but he sure made waiting tolerable.

Worst mechanic ship I’ve been to!!!! They literally get started on your vehicle then jump around to other vehicles, came in for a 30 min job and I’ve been here for 7 going on 8 hours. DO BETTER!

Our KW T680 was towed to this facility for repair. Upon arriving Ryan (shop foreman) promptly met us at the counter and was easy to conversate with.Through the process he never misled my Wife and I. Always upfront about pricing, parts availability, and length of repair.Highly recommend this facility for all service needs. Great people, great service, great experience.Double R Transportation

Ryan with MHC Kenworth in Hewitt TX has been absolutely amazing from start to finish he is not eluded us to a in time that was not feasible and he has been on point with everything he has told us including rates how they got them what the parts cost. I do not have any negative remarks about this company they have been astounding from start to finish

I first went to peterbilt to get some thing looked at on my truck, the girl there at the service desk was not having a good morning apparently because she seemed a bit grouchy saying they were backed up from Labor Day ,so I went across the street to Kenworth and Ryan and the guys squeezed me in for a quick diagnosis even had time to get a shower and a quick load of laundry. Can’t say enough about the good customer service.

My truck (T680 w/ ATM) was towed in due to transmission fault, would not go into gear. I've always had good service with all MHC KW shops, however, the Waco TX location has proven to be the best so far and that is a very high bar.Ryan (Foreman) and Brittany (Service Rep) were extremely professional in keeping me informed while the truck was in the shop for the transmission repair as well as other needed maintenance.The final report showed that all items I had placed on my maintenance request were addressed and in very clear detail, the mechanic noted some other minor issues (such as loose hose clamps) and corrected them at no cost. My apologies if I'm telling on anyone. The attention to detail the mechanic provided is greatly appreciated.Final point is that if I am in the Waco area for a 34 restart or can plan it out that way, I will definitely bring my old girl back here for any needed maintenance.My sincere thanks to Ryan, Brittany, and all the mech/techs involved,SincerelyKen @ Phoenix Tech Services LLC

Conner got me in right away. Dropped truck off previous night and got it done next day. Didn’t loose my reload. Usually being from out of town people are out serval days to weeks. Appreciate the service.

Had a air bag problem on our sleeper I called Ryan and he got us in it took awhile to fix but they got it done..these mechanics are great..Ryan really helped us out of a bind..we still made deliveries in calif...I would highly recommend this shop..I gave them 5 stars

This is a amazing place to bring my truck, they are very professional, friendly and very helpful, Ryan and the crew at the desk were very awesome and got me in and out of this shop in under 2 hours for a broken bolt in my exhaust manifold and I’m forever grateful
