“OUTSTANDING service!! My very-ill mother needed an uncommon medication immediately. Not only did the pharmacist go to great lengths to find a partial prescription at another location ASAP, but she also also went out of her way to make sure that the remainder of the hard-to-acquire drug was available when the partial ran out. My eternal gratitude goes out to this fantastic pharmacist for all her efforts.”

“I had a great experience throughout the store, but the cashier kinda ruined it for me. I had to break my items up into two different orders because I needed a separate receipt for specific items. Then I had 3 items at the end that needed to be paid for with a different card. I had everything all organized and things should have gone smoothly. It did for the most part, but it was evident that she was pretty particular about how my transaction should be handled. As a cashier for the better part of 20 years, I know that cashiers are any store's last line of defense. They make or break the customer's experience. Thus was the case here; she should have just gone with the flow and done her job politely. Instead, I left the store feeling irritated and like I should be to blame for irritating her. I'm not going to type out all the details of her behavior, but even though there were a few more steps to take, the situation was not complicated and I wasn't bossy or high-maintenace about it. She, however, got a little snipity about it. With a smile, but snipity nonetheless. After all, I'm the one paying for everything and if I need to split things for a separate receipt or payment, I shouldn't be getting attitude about it.
Overall, the store was clean, well-stocked, and had a good layout. The deli associates were very nice. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of too.”

“Cool little gas station also located in the tejas center I come here to buy my cigarettes at a fair price, there's always business but never overcrowded,the teller behind the glass is a very kind young lady who is always social and friendly, had friends fill up here cause the gas price is always reasonable.the area is always kept clean and it's location is just before you head out on your days drive, I recommend making a pit stop just before you do”
“I am a chef and shop their daily. The staff is friendly and store is clean even In construction! They have hard to find fresh herbs. Please add more dry spices by the pound. They are always out of the chicken soup mix and butchers blend black pepper. I love April in wine she’s the BEST on helping me pair my wines! It’s MY HEB! Chef Heir”

“My grandparents live in Axtell and have a bad time with stray cats just showing up. There was a litter of kittens born to a feral mama cat. We caught 2 of the kittens and brought them in for the free low cost spay and neuter to help prevent more babies. The process is easy, to bring them in and they explain everything. We ended up keeping the kittens inside a room. until they were healed and then let them back outside. We never could catch the mama cat as she always outsmarted the trap. Definitely a servixe that is needed and I am extremely thankful they have this program 🙏 they do clip the ear since they are feral outdoor cats. They do this because if someone else traps them they can know they are already spayed.”

“This is a smaller HEB, like the ones in small towns. Sometimes I'm surprised at some of the deals. With the lack of size, the experience is too short. It's a very nostalgic experience. The only thing that could make it great is wood floors.”

“The staff are wonderful and go the extra mile to help me. Each person is kind and considerate while also being professional. April, the pharmacist, is exceptional in telling me about the medicine I am taking and answering any questions I have. My prescriptions are ready in a timely fashion and I’m notified by phone and email when they are ready for pickup or delivery. The new delivery option is a good addition to help those that are having a hard time getting to the pharmacy to get their medications.
I can’t say enough good things about the people that work there.”

“We bought tires for my Toyota Highlander when the factory tires were needing replaced. We have always used Discount Tires for our vehicles. We compared prices and Sam’s pricing was better. They had as good or better warranties with free tire rotation for the life of the car. So, we hesitantly took a chance and gave Sam’s tires a try. That was about 3 years ago and these tires are still great. We were so pleased that we put Sam’s tires on my husband’s truck. Today is Sunday. We got an unexpected flat and took my car to Sam’s a little after 4:00. They got us right in! And to our amazement, the warranty covered it and I got a new tire!! We could not be more pleased with Sam’s tires!”

“I picked up a friend's prescriptions (they called in and mentioned my name and that I'm authorized to pick up their medicine) I brought my ID in with me but they didn't need to see it (I showed them anyway). They sealed the bag for extra protection and let me pay with my credit card. They gave me some instructions on certain medications to relay to my friend, and let me be on my way. It took less than 10 minutes for the entire interaction. Personally, if I lived near that area, I'd use them as my primary pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with their service.”

“Just outside Waco, we stopped here first to fill up at the Walmart Fuel & Convenience closer to the highway. With that errand complete, a quick stop in the Supercenter for snacks. The parking lot is large and clear. Some carts in the cart corrals but not excessive.
The store is laid out like others and we had no problem finding the groceries. A case of water, some chips and we were good to go. Of course, Mrs. K. took a look through the ladieswear department on the way out but we avoided any additional purchases.
Self-checkout worked fine and we were on our way. Easy enough.”

“My son's Rx has always been difficult to get. And every other pharmacy has had me wait, or get a partial fill, or have to call the day of or some other hoop to jump through. But this pharmacy has been different. I've been using it about 6 months. They can set a schedule 2 Rx to fill without me calling. I've only waited 5 to 7 min for someone to be available to help me. Today, the pharmacist recognized me and was ready with the Rx! I'm loving this place!”

“My local Walgreens is on Bosque in Waco. They are out of stock consistently on 3 different prescriptions: all very important to not have a break in coverage. They will go for over a month with them still being out of stock. I then call the Walgreens in Robinson and they, every time, have it in stock or will have it in 24-48 hours! The pharmacy customer service is fantastic. The only downside is the pharmacy's abbreviated weekend hours.”
