No problem with the food here. The Subway app sucks so bad you can't even order. I log in and it says hello, my name. But then when trying to make a order it says unauthorized access, invalid credentials. Well guess what, there's too many apps with too many other food places that actually work. Bye Subway!

Paige was working by herself and had the best attitude! She worked fast and with a smile on her face the whole time. My sandwich was made to perfection and I'll definitely be back again soon. 10/10 would recommend going when Paige is working.

Check your food before you leave if you order online and pick up at the drive thru. My sandwich had nothing on it that I ordered. And I paid for extra bacon. ?

Best Tuna sandwich we have had at a Subway. Bread was nice and soft and didn't flake all over you. We craved more the rest of the night and Sun night ended up at a Dallas Subway for tuna. ROBINSON location was EXCELLENT

i buy a subway club extra meat at least 2-3 times a month. the young man taking my order was not at all interested in doing his job. i was the only cust yin the store, clearly stated precisely what i wanted and he asked me no less than 3 times, which bread, what size, and what number sandwich i wanted. then finally started to make it.i had ordered extra meat but when he got to the 3rd meat, roast beef, he only put a skimpy one layer. so i reminded him that it was a double meat and he said that only one layer of roast beef was included. anyway he finally showed me some instructions that had 6-2-1 and that it meant only 1 layer of roast beef. i was flabbergasted and just walked out. terrible service and he could not have gone slower in making it.

On 05/13/23 in the early afternoon I arrived at the store to purchase (2) foot-long sandwiches. I had a store coupon that would significantly reduce the price of my purchases. I have used these same type coupons that I receive in the mail for years w/o any problem until now. This time was a horror story. I showed the coupon to the female employee and she "checked it" to verify it was acceptable and informed me that it was fine. They then prepared the two sandwiches for me and when I went to be checked out and pay for the sandwiches at the cash register, I was then informed by a different female employee that the coupon would not "ring up" and that I could not use the coupon and that there was nothing she could do about it. So I ending up having to leave my two already prepared sandwiches and leave the store w/o a purchase as I was not going to pay full price for the food that I had a valid discount coupon for and have never had a problem with the acceptance of a coupon at this business previously. Very poor customer service/policies. I waisted a half-hour of my time and my efforts for nothing. I have had previous problems with the store that seems to use only high school aged employees that have to be told everything about properly making a sandwich order for customers and still usually get it wrong. By the way, I have also had numerous visits to the store to purchase food and have been told by the employees that they are out of commonly used ingredients so I've had to settle for compromised sandwiches. I agree with the previous post that if you see these kind of employees when you walk in the store, save yourself some agony and turn around and walk out. You will thank me later. I would advise you to at least pick another store to do your business with if that is possible.
