I took my car in for regular scheduled maintenance and oil change . Since the day i bought this car, i kept getting notifications about the key remote wasn't getting signals to the car . I took the car back like 1 day after to let them know . waited a while and was told nothing was wrong . I then assumed the key remote just needed a battery ,which i changed . Still, a year later after changing batteries still getting notifications. Well i mentioned it again to a different service provider a young lady by the name of Brittany and she literally took some kind of device to checked it right there and then before even turning in my keys to get car its oil change.
Now finally i'm getting somewhere ! She then said there was some sort of software that needed to be updated as the key wasnt picking up the car. After all this time !!! This is the kind of service im talking about ! She went out of her way to help me THE CUSTOMER get the help id been asking for !!! She was so polite and kind and did all she could to make sure i got the help i needed !! She also told me about Sunbit financing options and i enrolled ! Thank You to Brittany Longoria and Robert for helping me ! Buick needs more people like you .Where the customer is heard !!

In the last three years that I have had my truck serviced at Beck&Masten and I have had great service that is why I keep going back. It might cost a little more but they do it right the first time.

Well to begin with missed information about my service request. The lady told me I was calling a call center not the actual dealership. I requested oil change and check engine light calling center bring truck in change oil and check problem with truck. When we arrived to dealership I was told they only do oil changes on Saturday and no technician to check problem of truck. Very dissatisfied because I was misled and I don't recommend anyone to get vehicle serviced there. I had a 9:00 am appt and waited 2 hours to get an oil change. What's the purpose of an appointment.

Justin McGhee was the absolute best! He anticipated what I wanted to know and gave me over and above information, assistance, and instruction. This process went SO smoothly. No hard sell, no soft cell; like the 3 Bears - just perfect! I would buy another car from him! And I happen to believe it's easier to buy a home than a car. Every prior experience I've had was NUTSO. Mr. McGhee is an exemplary employee, salesman, and human. The human connection is what's usually missing, but he brought it. I tend to be difficult, but he didn't sway on his professionalism and manners. Bravo, Justin! Thank you!

Bad experience, added services I didn't ask for and swapped wheels, not sales person fault but managers and finance manager, year and a half to make it right and can't even get a call back, much less my issue resolved. Bought truck online and delivered 200 miles away while I was as work, off the bat I noticed that the wheels were not the ones I wanted, biggest surprise came when the first bill came in a 7k more charge than what was on the contract on paper, what pissed me off is that the finance manager called me and said hey being it's for your business were upgrading you from 36k to 100k bumper to bumper for free because we want to grow, I said awesome I'll tell my family being they all own businesses, well come to find out he added the extra warranty and gap insurance which I never get being that truck was going to get paid off in 2.5 years or less. When I called back to dispute charges they had said it was all that persons fault he should have never done that,( supposedly fired before i called) and that they didn't have the recording, ok well take it off, I signed paper work with a new manager, another then same ordeal more paper work with another manager and still nothing was going to take 4 month to appear on my balance well it's been over a year and still not showing, never again, will call attorney
