Salesman Jeremy was great, we did everything by text and email so was very easy. I Asked about markups or fees and was told none. He did tell me they do require a SafePoint GPS system to be installed for $999 and Nitrogen in tires. I was told how useful the GPS was. For fear of losing the truck that I really wanted, I just went with it, believing I was at least getting something useful for the $1000.After the sale, I realized I had been scammed, it is a $50 at most device that does nothing more than the 3yrs of Onstar that came with the truck. Needless to say, due to this practice alone, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone or at least would warn them of this tactic.

Everyone was excellent especially Justin. He went above and beyond throughout my order. Extremely attentive and helpful. Best customer service I have received in a while. I also got great help with the gentleman assisting me in the parts department. I believe his name was Jason. Recently have had horrible experience with arrogant and entitled personnel in other dealerships. A completely different experience in Robstown. Wish others were the same as them. Kudos! Keep up the great work.

Roger was a good salesman. He made sure everything was what I wanted. He didn’t try to pressure me or upscale me to get a vehicle that I didn’t want. He made sure all the paperwork work was good and did his best to get me what I wanted. We were able to make a deal. Sebastian was also really helpful in the deal. ROGER GOTS THE DEALS!

Buying a vehicle was great, however while dealing with the service department for repairs has been a complete nightmare! This has happened to us last year as well, they don't have parts in stocks and don't call you when the part does come in and then they don't call you when your vehicle is ready! Robert V. Does NOT return calls at all! I will never take my vehicle there again!!

Absolutely terrible customer service after the sell. They sure were nice and helpful when i was buying my 101k truck! Now that i need help finding the wheel lock they didn't give me, they play pass the phone around bc no one wants to help.

Well. I bought a 2022 Ford F-350200 miles new but I was given only one key.That’s nothing. I was given temporary cardboard plates good for sixty days.I thought this will be plenty of time and that my license plates would arrive a few weeks after the purchase.Nope. Four days before the temporary license plates expired, I called the dealership. “Someone will call you right back” I was told. No body called me.I called again the next day. “Someone will call you right back” I was told again. Nop!I called again the day the plates expired and I spoke to the Manager “Manny”He told me the same thing I had been told before. “We will call you back, I promise. Give me ten minutes” he said.I haven’t received a call by anyone from Beck and Masten in Robestown, TX.I can’t drive my truck for I don’t want risking getting a ticket.No body buys a one ton dually to cruise around town. You buy such a vehicle for business but now, I am shutting it down.Nice job guys!You weren’t concerned at all and offered me any options while I waited for my permanent plates. You just kept telling me we’ll call you back, but never did.My score for you except the salespersonGreg Rodriguez is 0 although he did tell me four days ago “I will call you back” I guess he forgot.

I would give no stars if possible. I would keep getting the run around from service department and would be told one thing to the next and when I was told about a part I needed for my truck I was told nothing so I offered to buy the part and was not told if it was correct and my truck sat there for almost 4 months not even looked at and was told to come pick it up that it was taking up space. When I when to tow it out the batteries where completely dead and the front tire had no air and the rim was sitting on it.

Melanie was absolutely great and knew a lot about the truck i purchased. She had a sense of urgency which was critical to finalize my deal. The woman who directed me to Melanie was also great and very helpful on my initial inquiry. Nice dealership.

Recall about seat warmers wasn't corrected. Only bottom of seat was warming up, not back part. I informed Robert of that & he said that feature didn't come with my truck. Well if you look at picture in the truck, it clearly is both. He kept my truck an extra day& reassured me that it would be fixed. I picked up my truck, trusting that it was fixed and tried it the day next and it was still not working. It is very inconvenient for me to have to take it back as I have to work and would have no vehicle and was reassured that it was fixed. I am very unhappy with dealership.

My sales guy John was awesome. Would recommend him to anybody. No pressure in buying and listening to the customer and doing his best to make everything correct. Give that man a raise. He conducted business like if he was on the other side of the table.

Super disappointed. We called and scheduled an appointment to test drive and potentially buy a truck. It met all the criteria we had for a pre-owned vehicle (great price, mileage, condition).We arrived on time. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not on the lot. The salesman shared that he did not know where it was. After a wait, he found it and it was getting checked out. We appreciated that! He said that he would call us the next morning and let us reschedule a test drive. We spoke to 2 different B&M people that said they would call. After 3 days of no call... we ended up buying at a Houston dealership.Call backs are important when selling vehicles!
