I dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning at 7:45 and called Wednesday at 5:30 to see the update on my car. Ronnie said they were very busy and for me not to be calling that they would call me. We then called back Friday evening and asked for the update since I hadn’t heard back and they said they were waiting for me to call to tell me what was wrong however they told me not to call… Ronnie is extremely rude and every time I spoke to him he was extremely disrespectful to me and my mother. I do not recommend anyone going to Franco’s. They take forever to get back to you and the owner is disrespectful. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

They put upper rockerarms bushings and brackets in the front and they never told me I need a tire alignment now my front tires are worn down on the inside of the tire.
